Somehow your Chanel popped up on my feed I’ve watched every short you have and just bought my hello disc today and I’m so excited to try it next cycle I just purchased the soft disc disposables and fell in love with discs thank you so much for all your info on period products discs are a game changer I never knew they existed till now ❤️
I kinda have a story time about the cup. Haha So I wore it to bed one night, and then I wore period panties. I had no idea if I put the cup in right so I was so panicked that I would leak through everything. I didn’t. My life was resolved
I actually put my disc/cup in a solution of 1:4 peroxide after every period for a couple hours and that keeps it from even ever getting stained and uses way less peroxide!
I only use menstrual cups when I’m at home for long period of time. I would never leaving the house long enough to have to go to a public bathroom and empty it! Heck no!
I'm so disappointed, femmycycle is the only cup I can use that i trust. I tried the merula cup bc it looks similar but it was the worst pain of my life...i thought i was having a baby or something lol thats how painful it was
So goon information, no it is impossible to buy something like that in Ukraine, only same from Europe, but almost all from Aliexpress 😂😂😂, that is not good, and without information about quality(((
After watching many videos about discs, I decided to try the hello disc. My cup was making my cramps worse and my flow is heavier now. I’m on my second period with the hello disc. I am in love with it. Cramps aren’t worsened, it’s so easy to insert, I can wear it for 12 hrs, it hasn’t leaked yet, and the pull tab is awesome (I cut it in half). Thank you so much for making this product ❤
I think one time the thread slipped from my fingers and it fell into the toilet in a public restroom. Yeah, I did not fish that back out and flushed. Felt super bad about it and prayed that it wouldn't cause any troubles
I used a menstrual cup for the first time...on the first try during my periods i wasn't able to insert it as hurted too much...then again i tried after my periods with water based lubricant but this time though it hurted it got in but I was bleeding heavily (I was not on my periods). I was so scared after that and came to the conclusion that I will never use it again will ALWAYS PREFER PADS as they don't hurt at all.
I love the Hello Disc. I've been using it now for about 2 years. But still, to this day, I haven't been able to achieve a mess free removal. I have an unusually high cervix, which I'm thinking is the reason why. Does anyone have any tips for me to try?
Hi! I never used one before and I have VERY heavy flow at night. So much that usually I need to get up twice to change my tampon. Now I just bought a disc and I'm a bit concerned whether I will wake up in a blood bath 😂 With tampons I usually noticed some kind of light pain and that was the alarm for me to go change it (I woke up anyway from the light pain). But with disc there are no sign as in light pain or so?
It’s not as simple as this, you have to put it in down and back a lot further than the model you’re using. Then you have to push the rim way up inside.
Leaving this here for anyone who’s looking to try cups/discs. When I first started learning about cups; I was conflicted as hell because I’ve had a baby naturally; however.. I’m very petite. So for a long time I didn’t try because I couldn’t decide if I should be going for the cup sizes that are for post baby women or not. I recently bit the bullet and decided to go with my gut and go with a smaller (non post baby) cup. It was the right decision! So moral of the story; trust your gut. Do your research and give it a go. I’m on day 3of my cycle using a cup; the learning curve wasn’t as drastic as I thought; and I’m never going back! 😂🎉
I used to use a Diva Cup before there were so many cup models and reviews, but the firmness and slight suction on the cervix was so painful during the first two days. I’ve been wanting to try a silicone disc since Softdiscs were more successful
Thank you for the video I just got myself a cup for the first time and was a bit worried about how to best keep it sanitised, especially when living in a multi generation household, since I was worried about either risking infection or accidentally ruining my cup. Because I would not have considered the idea of using a whisk to avoid burning the cup
One tip that helps me is I angle my disc straight back instead of up. If I insert in an upward motion it always flips up in front of my cervix. I hope that makes sense. But for me Hello is my 2nd favorite disc. (I love my Nix) ❤
