How do I show up with JOY every day? I have several tips and tricks, but it all started one day when I told someone “Live every day like it’s Friday.” I had been working shift work, teaching early morning Jazzercise and I had no idea what day it was. I was like it is Friday. Maybe it is Monday? But who cares!? I am going to live like it is the best day ever.
I have had people tell me there is no way you are that happy. I laugh and then hop on my unicorn and ride.
