Eat better.
I am 100% better when I am fueling my body with more whole fiber-rich grains, fruits, vegetables, and fish.
Processed meat, fried food, refined cereals, candy, pastries, and high-fat dairy products can totally add to anxiety as well as magnify depression.
You are worth it and so is your JOY.
