Hey michelle!! Ik you don't use sulfates in your routine but if you were to suggest a few sulfate shampoos that seem to be relatively milder which ones would you suggest?
I'm definitely gonna try this. I started working out daily since the past one year. And it has been impossible to keep up with CG, frizz is real every time I come back. Sending so many hugs to you for your content! But definitely gonna try using a mousse. Is the TrueFrog mousse good as well? Can't find the Enliven one.

Thank you for always keeping us updated and informed with the most beautifully curated videos. I wanted to also understand why there exist two products in a lot of hair product brands aka leave-in and curl cream? What is it that one can do and the other can't in a typical scenario? I have dry hair and have always found that curl creams somehow feel better so far but I still can't understand why one is better than the other anyway.

Hi! Are all these good for high pososity? What to use only on lengths and which should go from top to bottom please? Is mousse supposed to take forever to dry and flatten the curls? Do I need soft or strong hold in general, how to decide? Which is curl up mousse / gel? If i use leave in conditioner, serum not needed right? Anyway to avoid oiling with any oil base shampoo? i have low-medium hair porosity and despite using a conditioner (i used wow conditioner) my hair still puffs up if i dont put a little serum or hair oil, im aware i have wavy hair but can u suggest 1single product that i could use as a one and done?

In one of your videos you told to use a level 2-3 leave in conditioner while using it with enliven mousse??....I want to use enliven mousse....so which leave in should I use on my low porosity hair??
