@@KuyaRap Well most naman are well known place to google. yun mga power plant mga luma publicly known na. Except yun newly bought property ng CREIT di talaga known, only up to which barangay nalang sa Financial report ang known. I tried asking investor relation wala naman sagot.
Yeah that was my point. I dont have DDMPR not because I dont like the management. Instead, I dont have DDMPR because Im not confident in the sustainability of the tenant composition (POGOs).
I invest in other stocks that pay dividends but I don’t necessarily call them dividend stocks (less than 2% div rate) 🙂 they’re more for capital growth
