Thank you! Naka-overlay lang po yung video of me talking. That spreadsheet recording is not live - I recorded my screen after recording the a-roll (me talking to the camera). I use Final Cut Pro to edit my videos. Interesting question po yan, may plano ba kayong mag-RU-vid din? 😄

Thanks for watching sir! San ka sa Brisbane? 😊 If you want to start investing, I’m sure your bank has a platform for it (CBA, NAB, Westpac, etc). I just use Stake because they have very low trading fees so convenient sya for starters like me 😊

Hello, ask lang regarding sa stake, pano siya kumikita? Or pano nag gegenerate ng income? Just buy and sell only? Or binabantayan mo siya? Thank you

Just like any other stock broker po ang Stake. Buy and sell stocks/ETFs. Pero in my case, my strategy is long term kaya buy, buy, buy lang po ako. Pag binenta mo kasi agad ang stock dito sa Australia in less than 12 months, mataas ang capital gains tax (at least 30% in my case), but if I sell it after 12 months, may 50% discount sa CGT. The tax is high here because they discourage speculative trading. Hope this helps!
