I am scared to death of Paris, I want to come , I just talked to the Airbnb owner of the place I want to rent for 3 months! Just some people hate and some people love it!! I am a fine artist, I need culture and art. I live a ugly tiny town I hate!!!!
Beautiful, a question if you don’t mind, does it have a Juliette balcony or a balcony? Your pros and cons on each, I am moving to the So of France and honestly think I am good with the Juliette for plants, for sitting there is cafe culture. It is the one feature I struggle with. Thank you Jessica.
For the "rich" as italian I would say Milan and Paris got a similar price and, yes, costs but those appartment are highly saleable... it is common for us europeans spend so much money for us, is different for american culture where homes are so affordable!!! Unluckly we need to ask money, what isn't common here, and unluckly isn't uncommon hearing "no us bank disallowed you to have a mortage". So, really, she looks more as someone who invested in the house. We usually pay the mortage selling the house. Plus, many are in rent.
I'm Brazilian, have lived in America and Argentina. I keep watching videos of people living in Paris, came across yours and oh... am beginning to wanna go abroad again, do a stint somewhere nobody knows me. I'd love to go to Paris, but. When I think of the process of learning the language... Ay. I've been studying and speaking English for decades. Dunno if I have it in me to go into another language, because I can never go anywhere but deep. Anywho, such a long random rant on here. Your life seems very plentiful right now, full of poetry. Dunno your story or anything, but it seems pretty lovely. Good for you. Keep showing us the cafes you like and the streets and the books and the cobblestones. Cheers ;)

I just started watching your videos yesterday. I have to say how deeply impressed I am with how you are able to find the peace within the chaos without going off the rails. It requires a tremendous sacrifice to put yourself first in order to become your most authentic grounded self. I deeply admire your inner strength and commitment to you. For you to recognize that the horses are well, even though there had to have been to be pain in your heart and you must have had to initially barrage your brain with excellent spiritual thoughts to get through that and see the truth. When I make a thoughtful decision, it works out for all concerned. I am so grateful for your mum and the people you've known so long. Also, letting Hope stay home until the situation is more stable is a great sacrifice. I love how you think things through. How you know now not to berate yourself for anything as that is beyond pointless. Obviously, I see a mirror when I look at you. I resonate with you. I'm proud of you and like you. Hi Jessica, thanks for sharing your routine and bravely talking about the comment your therapist made. I hope it hasn't upended things for you too much these past few months. You're still you! And are an inspiring human regardless of whether you are neurodivergent or neurotypical. I'm struggling with finding creative energy to write. I've been a musician all my life and can sing and make music with relative ease. But writing is so new for me. I have lots of ideas. But I'm finding it challenging to consistently bring them together into something coherent and meaningful. I'd be grateful for any advice you can pass on from when you began your writing journey. Lovely apartment. Your rent must be very high, charming neighborhood, very nice upgrades inside. Can you have shelves put up over the desk area, to showcase your book, and leave the existing shelf/desk area for office space? Secondly, the dog’s bed is obviously too small for him, wicker is too rough on his skin, and the padding is way too thin. How would you like sleeping in a tight wicker basket, that you scrape yourself on every time you move, have to sleep on an angle, with the pitiful cushioning you can feel that horrible right through. You go,through pet stores, you see dog related items all the time online. Shame on you.

I can say never ever try to make friends with someone who has a close sister. I tried this 3 times now, even my husband has 2 very close sister's and I never managed to get into their little klick. I recently tried again with 2 sisters but they are only interested in each other and one will not meet up without the other. It's easier to just stay on my. own.
Dog is an animal...always baffles me when the owner is referred to as 'mum' 😮... children have a 'mum' - animals can't replace children! But nowadays many prefer a dog to a child😊

I’ve never been to Paris but I’ve always been drawn to it. I’m trying to figure out how to get there and possibly sublet an apartment for a month. I’m 72, fit, and would love to be in a walkable area surrounded by bookshops, coffee shops and beautiful architecture. If anyone has ever done this, please let me know. Merci! 🪄 👏 💓

For myself, I usually stay in an apartment in the 6th. arrondissment (St. Germain) or 5th. arrondissment (Latin Quarter)...next door to each other and surrounds the Jardin du Luxembourg. This is central for my enjoyment and peace of mind. Churches, bookstores, Cafes, art galleries, wonderful parks and museums. The architecture is lovely!! I find the people are very friendly too. I hope you get a chance to experience Paris. Note: The city is quiet from Mid-July thru late August due to the European holiday. Know- the tips are included in the meals. Sometimes I paid extra if it the service was extra great!
@user-ei8rb7sj6c I think you would love the 5th Arrondissement, the Latin Quarter and surrounding area... imo perhaps the most chic and sophisticated area of Paris with beautiful boutiques and awesome architecture. On my next visit I will be staying there!

That background music is too LOUD.....it drowns out the narrative If you would speak up, it wouldn't be so bad, and hard to understand, but,...you mumble. In a studio, I like to screen the bed from view behind a folding screen, or open shelving unit. If it's too small, then a Murphy Bed creates more living space, otherwise, it's like a hotel room, even if a nice hotel room.
I respectfully disagree. IMHO, I found the music delightful, heard her perfectly, and the bed makes a lovely focal point. One of her 3 stated goals was to keep it simple. She also said how much she loves the view. Why have a screen with all that beautiful light?
