I play big 6 and 8 and I’m def not a noob. I play it so I don’t have to talk to the dealer or distract the shooter. When a shooter knows you have a lot of money on the line it typically makes them nervous and crap so I just slide it there without them know. Screw odds as long as I’m gettin $$$
I played on a table that was only 7 feet long at "The FItz" in Tunica, MS. They only have one table, and you could only shoot from the end. Because I usually shoot from SL1 or SL2, i had some problems, as did everyone else playing at that table.
I'd like to take one of your classes. I'm an avid craps player but want to work on my toss. My problem is I'm super short, only 4'11 and find it hard to throw haha. Any help! Or am I doomed lol. I will say last week i did manage to get a 37 roll (7 pts) and made good money. But I'd like to be able to do this more consistently, not just like once a week. Thanks!

I don't see anything wrong with betting big 6 & big 8. Helps me count my money better 😂 plus I don't want any white chips. Been living in Vegas a while now, I don't win every time, but definitely 7/10. Doesn't matter where I play I can grind out a hundred or more in profit with even money bets.
Dealers getting on you is another way of saying no tips. It’s like when dealer says my move in Blackjack was wrong, I tell em thanks for saving me money on tips.

I keep all the Players Cards in my Car and just take 1 or 2 cards into the Casino. If I'm walking around in Vegas casino hopping then might carry 3 cards with me. If you play $25/hand or spin you will get rated. But most Big Casinos on the Strip you need to bet about $100/hand for room comps otherwise play for Hours.
I had a friend who went to Vegas about three times a month. He would walk up to a table didn't matter which one. He would buy in for about $5000.00 and give them his card. He would then play a while minimum bets only. He would color up. He did this so that his card showed high play and so that he looked like he had won big! Just an ego trip and to get better comps. Never lost more than a couple of hundred. Did for about five years. Played at five casinos at least. He would brag at work how much he won every trip but we knew the truth.

Paul thank you for taking care of the staff. What most of these ppl don’t realize is that no one tipped, they wouldn’t have anyone to deal to them. No one I know would do this job if it weren’t for tips.
I careless what your hands look like show me the numbers on the dice after the throw, but you never do I wonder why .Guess if your really did no one would come to your school.
I have been playing dice about twice a month for years. I watch (you) some times. I listen to you as i practice my hour a day and you guys are my heros and i don't care who else says shit . I listen to you as i practice daily. I have been practicing for about three weeks on dice set using 3v - 2v set, hard way set and come out 7 set. I started to practice and now i can throw into my homemade dice box from about 7.5 feet away and just threw 28 times in roll before 7 out . I am going to the casino in about a week or so . I know it's not always going to be a win win. but i have a better strat against the casino . PLUS its not my first time or rodeo. WISH me LUCK. I've been playing craps for 35 years the best and longest rolls were made by random throwers I remember one in particular roll he shook the dice in is hand he threw for over 45 minutes made 11 points and many hardways during his roll the house had to replenish the chips twice the casino was the Mohican Sun in Conn.
1. Wait until the next point before coming in. If the shooter has an extravagant routine or puts the dice over the table a lot, I'll come in while the boxman looks over the dice but otherwise, it is proper to wait. I always wait and the dealers and most knowledgeable players appreciate it. I've had plenty of good runs die because a player literally had money down on the other side of the table - the dice hit the money (got lost inside the pile of bills) and its a 7-out. 2. Don't be an ass if you're betting the don't. Take your winnings and place your next bet. 3. Dont' be afraid to take down place bets or odds if you're not feeling it. 4. If you bet the middle, give the stickman a heads up before splashing your chips. 5. Tip - even if it is just a little. A stickman who is getting tipped might overlook a short throw and not give you too much grief over it. Even if just playing $5 or $10 pass line bets on a $100 buy in, throw a $1 straddle over your place bets or pass bets once in a while. Also a pet peeve are middle bettors who will literally bet at complete random each hand. it slows the stickman down, cloggs the payouts and brings the game to a complete halt. There's a guy at my local who will chuck in $30 and call it "$8 horn, high horn ace deuce, hop the 6-2 for 4, hop reds for 3 and a $10 whirl" 2C, 1E, and a 2-way Yo for $2"... I always move tables when he comes around because the game just sucks. Don't be that guy.
So the come bet loses on a come out 7 (and 11) even after it is it the place bet box? Also, can you play a place bet and a come bet on the same number simultaneously?
Wow this is babyish. If any of these were really rules the pit bosses would make the dealers follow them. If I’m throwing the dice and you want to stand next to me please do. If you want to buy into a hot table please do. Stop being a bunch of superstitious cry babies and have fun.
According to Sam Grafstein you qualify yourself and others when you or they come out on a natural. If you don't come out on a natural and establish a point, dont take any odds until you make the first point. For ranmdom shooters, I don't brt anything until they throw a natural or make a point. saved a ton of money watching shooters and others at the table have their bets picked uo and lost, before I laid down a chip
The best way to win in craps is to bring down your bets after they've hit. Don't wait for a 7 to roll. Wait till the shooter rolls 4 or five times, if you've made money bring your bets down.
For anyone coming to Las Vegas, since this video was shot, the Downtown area has a Casino now open called THE GRAND, or sometimes THE DOWNTOWN GRAND. Significantly, they have had a house rule for a few years that the 4 and 10 at the Craps tables pay EVEN MONEY, NO VIG!!! You heard it here first.
This video is stupid. Stick to the low percentage bets - Pass, don't pass, Come and don't come with free odds and you will do fine. P.C 0.8%. Betting the Field, box numbers and the propositions bet have way to high price tag to bet on. Avoid. And you don't need any "lessons" for that by any "gambling expert" for $500.
So, many of you noted the disparity in the instructors' construct. The Iron Cross is most effective if the 5,6, & 8 are 2 units, and the Field is a single unit. This 'instructor' is approaching a lesson incorporating a basic error. He displayed the proper proportions in bet sizes, but failed to meet the table rule of a minimum bet. I judge this as bad news for 'instructees'. Here is the truth of the Iron Cross. You risk 7 units, and win 1 unit on each roll, until out. Out occurs on average every 6 rolls. By using the Iron Cross, you extend the house advantage to well over 10%. Since a basic Pass Line, no odds house advantage is only 1.42%, you have increased your expected loss rate by a factor of 7. You lose money 7x faster using an Iron Cross.
