I played on a table that was only 7 feet long at "The FItz" in Tunica, MS. They only have one table, and you could only shoot from the end. Because I usually shoot from SL1 or SL2, i had some problems, as did everyone else playing at that table.

There is no rule that you have a time limit for shooting. But courtesy and etiquette imply that you shoot in a timely fashion. I have seen some videos where the shooter to quite some time between receiving the dice and taking the shot.
Bo we just talked about the Yuri or Idea grip. I have been using that grip and with long fingers it works for me. TIP: Remember the Set is the Same as the Point.
Gary Russell I also use yuri grip also but I grip them a lot higher than he does my fingers just cover the first pip. I release out not up, If you have any tips I'd love to hear them.
