Welcome to my kitchen! I hope to share some of my favorite recipes with you! Easy, basic cooking skills that anyone can do with basic ingredients some of which have been passed down from my mother and grandmother! My goal is to post at least 3 videos a week. I hope you will join me!
An apple or apples. Food processor. An egg. Some cocoa powder. Process. I'd probably use about 2 T sugar if the apple isn't very sweet. Bake in pan. Brownies.
I think it's just easier than getting a bunch of measuring spoons dirty or possibly reusing the measuring spoon and mixing spices in their containers. If I am cooking for people other than my family I will use measuring spoons though. Thank you for watching!

I was alone for years and I love to cook. I would end up throwing so much away! I have a couple that moved in next door. She has MS and can’t really stand to cook much anymore! I make great meals and eat with them often. I whip up great desserts and they are always so grateful! Now I cook and bake to my hearts content and we enjoy each other’s company so much! I’m so grateful and blessed to call them my friends and so blessed that we can share our meals together! I’m so happy!

Good recipe for grocery store rotisserie chicken breast! They always get left over at my house! Usually make chicken fried rice...this is a great easy alternative! Thanks!
It was very good Robert! The problem with the crockpot is the chicken doesn't "brown". You can always put it in the oven for a few minutes to brown it if you prefer. Thanks for watching!

Sometimes I mix all of the soups together (cream of celery, mushroom, chicken) hehe - love that! Thanks for this yummy recipe. Such a comfort food. I would definitely add celery because I love it over peas. Great video!
@@melaniescountrycooking I have a love/hate with peas. I went through a period where I was in love with peas. I am back in my disgusted with peas period. They are in a lot of pot pies and casseroles and some pasta dishes so I am fine with them there, though I would not choose for them to be there, I guess. They are a bit sugary, so I try to avoid them a wee bit in large quantities if I can. Not to say carrots are not. But I cannot stay away from carrots and celery. LOL Thanks again! Love your channel.

Unfortunately, microwaves are in many people's homes Nancy. I think they are better than they used to be. They used to tell heart patients to stay away from them years ago, but not anymore. Thanks for commenting & watching!
If I'm not going to be home all day, I will use the crockpot. Also, on hot days the oven heats up the kitchen. We do prefer the oven though, but the crockpot beans are great too! Thank you for watching! :-)
This is where a rotisserie chicken from the store would come in handy and help make a quick supper! Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather leave the dressing layer in little "hills and valleys" on top instead of making it so flat and smooth. I like some little hills to get extra crispy!
