Apologies if this is a dumb question, but why are the pokegear components required in a FIR? Can you not just surf from Fuchsia around to Pallet without waking up the Snorlax? I mean, I take it there is a reason, but I don't remember that route being inaccessible or a one-way in vanilla Crystal
Fuchsia to Pallet is blocked by construction work until you reach Pallet for the first time. So the only way to get to Pallet is to wake up the Snorlax

Progression Balancing doesn't do anything at all in solo because you are always the lead player (in the simulated playthrough) so there's nobody to catch up to
No idea how you’ve been stomping on spike head enemies the entire game until the 3:51 mark lol I figured they had just allowed stomping on spiked enemies in the overworld if you ohko them
Our play style is so different. I always had to tattle on every single enemy, especially enemies you only face 1 time. Gotta suck up all that delicious lore and it’s nice to see their health bars
@@MonkStarling I think the streamer does have SOME control over it, no idea to what extent But when my kid was little randomly clicking on RU-vid videos on my phone, she would come across 3+ hour RU-vid videos of nursery rhymes and other colorful children stuff and they would have an advertisement every minute, the fast forward bar was just pure yellow from all the advertisement marks, and noticed a lot of the videos I watched barely had any yellow advertisement marks despite length
I’ve been stupidly paying for RU-vid premium for idek how long, got on a friends family plan, then he booted me, and I can’t live without it now That sounds rough tho watching all of those ads. I strongly suggest finding an ad block software because every 9 minutes in a stream is insane I would suggest RU-vid premium, but even though I pay for it, I agree it’s an absolute scam. 20$ a month for no ad? Good god that some disgusting pricing, I need to find an ad block software myself lol there is one that’s 20$ a year for iPhone you can get from a website called signolus or something like that, also get access to a lot of other stuff with that service. I used to use it for pokemon go gps spoofing, so can confirm it’s safe to use and reasonably priced
