I love it. I would be very happy living here. It's worth it. That's convenient laundry closed to the kitchen. You can do two tasks at the same time. The bathroom is perfect I would just place a bench in the shower area. I feel like this is a dream come true.. Came you imagine living in this and eating delicious Jamaican food everyday!!😩 Look at the clouds my god!😁🤔 The rooftop terrace needs some outdoor furnitures and some longue chairs to sit down and relax and some cooking spot for grilling. I'll take it

Noise levels, different levels of pet care, peeing the yard clean etc. Indoor pets are a newer concept in Jamaica and most people don't want to live next to a barking dog
In my opinion, that's relatively cheap rent. Maybe they have not had the opportunity to put in the appliances before Mr. Boothe did a walk-through. If that's not the case, I don't think the Tennants should be responsible for putting in their own appliances, in these type of units. I paid more Thant that for a one bedroom in Pennsylvania, and I don't have a terrace nor washer/dryer. I know Jamaica and the States are different when it comes to rental price, but from what I've seen base on newly constructed rental units in Kingston, this price is a steal. I wish my rent cost 830.00 USD.🤣
