Excellent presentation. Lighting was also very good from the camera. The house is very nice. Less paved area on the outside would be nice for planting of one or two fruit trees as shade( dwarf ones).
Loved the video quality, no excessive talking, good audio and shots of each area✅👏🏾 Based on the community's amenities I get why the rent is so expensive. However what are the available amenities from that general area? Is there a significant commute to get basic necessities? Paying such a high rent should be justified by reduced costs/time for other expenses.

Comparing US to Jamaica is insane. Ppl working over 1000 US per month minimum wage in the US ,thats over 170,000 jamaican. Our minimum wage is 60g. Not even some with degrees in jamaica making 1000 US. Not to mention qualified ppl in the US can take home 4, 6, 7g per month. Completely 2 diff economies.
