I spent 6 months in Philly, and I think Pat’s or Geno’s aren’t the best cheesesteaks in Philly. They serve cheesesteaks everywhere, hell, I saw cheesesteaks on a Chinese Restaurant menu. So you’re bound to find better cheesesteaks in Philly. I had a pizzeria that I would go to all the time, and my wife at the time said THEIR cheesesteaks were better than Pat’s or Geno’s

The sweet and sour beet is called Harvard Beets. The also have second type of beet somewhere on the buffet.
