I'm pretty sure the old building of Resorts was built long before 1978. Orginally it was a hotel back in the old days long before gambling was legalized. The newer section was added on in the early 2000's.

He made the deal for talk show host, Merv Griffin for 34 million dollars. He gave the owner of the motel it for 10 million off the motel owner, giving him the noney to be fair . the motel owner only wanted 250 thousand dollars but Steve Wynn Sr. Wasa very. fair businessman ..what motel did Resorts International knock down to build resorts? Answer: Sahara motel Back in 1976 the Philadelphia bulletin and Philadelphia inquierr paper wrote an article about Vegas casino owners that were thinking about Atlantic city to build casinos ....😊 steel pier came out with the white grey horse 🐎 that jumped into a 30ft swimming pool back then. . I'm glad to remember all that. Such fond memories 😊
