I am Joseph Hewes, and I'm a person of many interests and experiences. I post a wide range of videos, from historical importance, to political commentary, to my hobbies, to the sports icons I idolized as a youth or a combination of these. I believe in the historic preservation of American political, popular and otherwise... culture, and I will post public domain videos that I believe are both instructive and interesting to this end, for this, as well as future generations to seek counsel of.
Some of the videos I will post are otherwise copyrighted and owned by others, but are neglected treasures which the public has great interest in. The owners of those copyrights are welcome to monetize them while they are on my channel. My aim for those videos, is to make them more available to those who wish to see them.
In short, I'll post just about everything I think has value and to which speaks to my own personal ideals. I hope some of what I post appeals to others...
I cannot help but wonder what the world would look like today, had Truman not fired him and instead allowed him to finish the job in Korea. I remember hearing a statement he once made to a reporter after having received orders from the White House, not to fire across the river into China and that he may only destroy the Korean side of bridges across the river. He said: "In my entire 50 year long military career, no one has ever taught me how to bomb half a bridge. This is the most imbecilic order ever issued in military history."Needless to say this comment was directed toward the president Harry Truman and it didn't take long for the president to hear about it 😂. I can only imagine Truman's reaction 😅
Tom Hanks, a modern day Jimmy Stewart. In acting, not real life. Jimmy Stewart was a Brigadier General in the Air Force Reserve. Hanks and De Niro are empty vessels, who can read scripts.

I slept like a baby the night Donald Trump won the 2016 election. What a wonderful time to be alive! What a great time to be an American! I can hardly wait for a repeat performance in 2024. Go Trump! ❤
