Delta Burke has a beautiful face people were always making snide remarks about her weight This was brought forward in a designing women episode Where Delta's character was going to her class reunion the episode was called I believe. They shoot fat girls don't they it's fine if they're naturally very slim or petite but some of us are pleadingly plumb And not made to be very slim there is room for all shapes And sizes the main thing is that you're healthy whatever size you are Delta's performance in This movie is one of the best performances I've ever seen in a movie by any actress in fact all the acting was Very good such a difficult movie to watch All that horrible sadistic cruelty that was done to those poor little girls 😢😢😢😢
All 3 sisters are back together in heaven now! Anita Kay passed way from natural causes in 2023. I don’t know what was wrong with Debra. 😭 RIP 🪦 everyone! Their step-mom deserves to rot in prison for killing Carolyn! She was an innocent 1 year old toddler who couldn’t defend herself! 🤬
Saw this movie when I was like 9 or 10 years old and I’m 33 now and I literally came back all these years later to find this movie, this is a very memorable movie!
I won't have any more of it. 26:06 Nobody cares what she wants of course she wants it ignored because she is guilty. It is great that the laws have changed and child abuse is investigated. Unfortunately, it does not protect all of them. Grace Zabriskie plays the real mother. She is a great actress she is good at being a bitch.
This movie is absolutely horrible but good. How could a mother do that to her children? To me children and animals are innocent and defenseless, and there is so reason to abuse or neglect them. My heart goes put to all children that has been abused. I hope and pray that you all get justice for the pain you had to endure.
1:10:40 OH THAT TILT OF THE HEAD JUST MAKES IT SO SATISFYING SUCH GREAT ACTING. PERFECT PERFECT AND THE HARD DEVIL EXPRESSION ON THE JOLENE HA VERY PLEASING
I may never be able to be a mom but that makes really angry sad and mad I am so beyond anger all the children that goes through all the abuse and neglect they get don't even get abandoned for no good reason whatsoever I am angry and I can't imagine why God didn't want me to be a mom it's not in his plan for me he gave those people those parents the children that they abused and neglect the little children of the world that God made in someone just allowed it to happen no that has to stop this has to stop permanently I don't know how I don't know when but they have to
Anita thank you for sharing Carolyns life and story. I am sorry your stepmom didn't spend time in prison. I hope now this time of season has become a little easier for you than before. I know the feeling very well... be safe take care and God Bless
I remember this movie. It made me so mad and sad how that evil heffa killed that innocent baby and beat those girls and the father did nothing. Neither did their biological mother. So many people especially the mom, dad, doctors failed those girls. Especially Carolyn
Their father needs to be prosecuted as well. To watch someone else abuse your child and to be well aware of it and do NOTHING but help cover it up...God bless the two sisters for getting justice for Lil Carolyn...Three year old Lil innocent helpless precious Lil girl❤
Can’t believe how excellent these older Lifetime movies are compared to the ones they make today. This movie looks and feels authentic, and the acting is top notch.
My heart is breaking into knowing the pain and abuse these 3 girls endured. This wasnt justice at all. 5 yrs suspended sentencing. What about the abuse they went thru before and after Carolyns murder. The system didnt do right by this baby or her sisters. Im so angry and hurt so bad for them all. The daddy even knew what was going on and did nothing to stop the abuse. Hes as guilty as stepmonster was. The birth mother as well. I pray these sisters were able to pick up with their lives and find some peace at least. Baby Carolyn is an angel resting in Gods arms. 😢
I feel that today there would be more justice. I guess the problem here was in part due to the length of time that had elapsed. Your heart really goes out to the little ones who were tortured like that.
