Okay so obviously the brothers will have a lot to work through. I haven’t seen them together on screen that much but it’s clear that they must’ve been fairly close growing up then sort of fell apart once Kai started his own family.😔 Considering their parents it’s clear that Cam never really had the best support system from his family whether that was intentional (Halle & Ethan) or not (Kaiden) until he met and got into a relationship with Scarlett. A relationship that seemed quite healing in comparison to his home life if Scar getting pregnant gave him the drive to get help for his addictions. Cam’s already different from his parents in that regard because he’s really trying to be better for his baby girl. And he does have a support system, maybe never from his parents but from other relatives, close friends and their families. And of course Scar’s parents who honestly seem like their Cam’s parents too at this point.🥹 A part of recovery though is him releasing all the negative feelings and thoughts that he had consciously or unconsciously suppressed using drugs. As a result his resentment (?) and sadness about falling out of contact with Kai would come to the surface which would lead to the brothers getting into it.😓 Both brothers’ perspectives are understandable. Unlike their parents though Kaiden actually showed up to support Cameron which in my opinion definitely puts him higher than Halle and Ethan especially considering his own family struggles and keeping Knox of the streets.😎😬 And the fact that he instantly agreed with him and Cameron going to (family?) therapy… he really wants to be there for Cam now especially with his baby niece on the way and considering the fact that he almost lost his baby brother forever.🥹🥺 So yeah way higher than Ethan & Halle at any rate. And Knox would have someone to play with as well so it would work out that way too with play dates and whatnot.😋 Though I hope Scar won’t have to become the mediator of the bunch.😅 Cause it’s been tiring trying to keep things in order between two boys😓😑
1:26-1:44 Damn Keaton smiling his pain away is just… it feels like a punch to the stomach when he does it in front of Shawn since… well Shawn‘s done it himself in the past and had already seen the signs early on and now just got confirmation of what Keaton’s been doing. God poor souls🥺😔😭😣
The irony of this is that Stephen and Darline believed Zane and later Keaton to have sinned because of their individual sexualities, gay and pansexual, and by at first kicking Zane out and separating him and Keaton for three years they could keep sin away. In the end though it was them who turned to sin, not their son and grandson.😤 To Stephen and Darline being gay is wrong and a sin and they strongly believed that God wouldn't want this in their home (or mainly Stephen in his home) and therefor would have abandoned Zane as they did. In reality though God never abandoned his children, in fact he even had a hand in what was happening to both Zane and Keaton in a way. The only true thing Stephen and Darline probably believed in is that one should find out what was the will of God and to do it wholeheartedly.😉 Zane was meant to walk the path he had always wanted to since he was young but was unable to because of his family being against the beliefs that came with it. When he was kicked out and separated from Keaton he was freed from the cage he was placed in from a young age and now had the power to make his own destiny thereby setting his transformation in motion. His transformation and journey to freedom would be evident three years later when he returns to the place he once called home, the people he once called his parents, to fulfil his final mission as an official Christian: To retrieve his son and lead him to freedom as well, just as God willed it. When he saw what his parents had done to Keaton though he underwent another final transformation. He became a christian apostate and renounced his religious beliefs forever.✝️ Keaton was never meant to suffer an ordeal as he had. Never meant to be separated from his father who essentially kept his true christian belief intact. But when Zane was forced away Keaton witnesses God's thunderbolt of rage and the sin committed by those who deemed others to be sinful and was left terrified and frantic. One slip of a tongue lead to his father’s exile. In the years that followed Keaton retained his innocence, the only thing he had left that was more or less untouched. His christian belief however was on troubled waters throughout those three years and he began to question what God's will was for him. He was constantly told that what he was doing was a sin but deep down he never truly believed that. It is here that his beliefs started to shift and he was beginning to get more glimpses of who the real sinners were. When his real beliefs started to shine through at a much earlier age than with Zane Keaton was betrayed by his cousins and someone close to him (Darline) cruelly forced before judgement (Stephen). Darline pleaded for a merciful punishment from Stephen but it was unheeded. Stephen then went from becoming a sinner to becoming devil incarnate and Keaton saw how he sank even deeper into sin. He begged for mercy, not just from him but from God. Begged for Stephen to refrain from punishing him as to not sink deeper into sin than he already had. But in vain was his pleading and the punishment was carried out cruelly. Stephen was lost. Keaton's christian belief was completely shattered after this. He then had become a christian martyr.✝️ Stephen and Darline's effort to “save” Keaton from sin after losing their son had been in vain though. Because in the end they never won and they lost both son and grandson. As of now that seemed to be God's punishment. Instead of feeling God's punishment on their own body they lost their children to what they deem is the devil's temptation. But they will probably learn the true wrath of God when their time comes. They had been treading a thin line when they separated Zane and Keaton. And fallen from grace completely and irrevocably when they beat Keaton. Both are lost now. In the end God had never deserted Zane or Keaton. He had set them free🙏🏻✝️

0:47-1:43 Shawn… yeah I knew this was going to be a tough blow on him. At the same time though I feel like if Keaton were to get caught in the act Shawn would be able to handle it really well. It doesn’t look like he harms himself anymore judging by the scars but… he still knows the pain. He still knows the heartache.🥺 Keaton‘s excuse was lame and both of them know it.😑 But Shawn did well when he didn’t push it. At least not yet. When it does come out though… the heart to heart Shawn and Keaton would be having…🥺 It… it would be devastating for Keaton because what he had hidden for so long would come to light and he would feel exposed😔 but…but I know Shawn would do his best to mitigate his fear, maybe even assure Keaton that he’s not alone in this. That he even has somebody in his life that went through the similar things and uses similar means to cope as he did.🥹 But damn I can‘t even imagine what Shawn was feeling knowing that the boy he’s seen as a son for so long… the boy who seemed happy most of the time… has so much pain hidden behind that smile. Pain that is represented through his battle scars on his body. And that after struggling for a while… Shawn wasn’t able to see the signs of what he’s been doing.🥺 That Keaton was using similar methods to cope and Shawn didn’t notice as a fellow self-harmer.😔 I‘m hoping that if this does come out it will be Shawn who finds out first. Not saying Zane would react badly because I‘m sure he wouldn’t. It’s just that Shawn‘s been in his shoes before and he would know the right words to calm Keaton down.🥺🙏🏻
Shawn is just a sweetheart and he handles this so well 😭🫶🏾 he has noticed some signs previously but didn't want to make any huge assumptions. This just solidified what he thought was going on

@@itz_gachagucci9527 I already have the feeling that that will change going forward. I mean they already seem to have gotten closer than they used to be judging by the last vid and Shawn is still taking it slow with him. He sees the signs and wants to help Keaton but as someone who used to self-harm in the past himself he knows not to push Keaton‘s boundaries any further than he‘d allow him to. At least for now. I‘m hopeful that if he keeps this up and continues with gentle prompting Keaton will feel safe enough to open up to him. And his dad too of course though I feel like it would probably be safer if Shawn found out first if anything considering he’s been in Keaton’s shoes before. Man Shawn is such a godsend to Keaton now though🥹😍 Not saying he wasn’t before it‘s just that their relationship wasn’t always so positive. It was more neutral if anything I‘d say.😅🤷🏻♀️
