It's really deadly weapon and one hit with the dart is enough to send your opponent to his destiny BUT.... Your movement is super slow while using the chain, you must keep it moving so you can't run, jump, attack or flee. You just stay in a small spot waiting for your opponent to come close enough to reach him or you will keep spinning it forever till you are out of energy!!! It's good "Defensive" weapon anyway.
Why people can't just apprishiate the art, It defo is not the best weapon of choice and would not be so effective in fight without a skill but it still looks cool
Hey jake mace, I thought the music was good just then but not so much when I started with you and then needed to turn around, with regards to music have you heard new coldplay album? I think the song everyday life would be best for tai-chi but I will allow you to make your own decision. Jegan Kandiah
I prefer practicing Thai Chi. Karate or other martial art asks many years to be efficient, I need working balance and flexibility now. I will spend much more time to increase strength only. I am not the tough dude, so I don' t have any interest to try a fight with someone. My best option is doing faster, stronger and flexible than someone else. I am good to anticipate and make talking someone. I don't know why, but if someone tried to hide something, I make him or her telling this thing and that makes people really aggressive and frustrated. I don't try to do that; this is my way to approach people. Also, I know the next action on someone.
This is one of my favorite videos of yours. I've incorporated many of the stretches and leg exercises in my morning routine. Thanks for sharing your wisdom!
The reason I love this stretching is that it does cover a proper session. I used to do it for a week or longer once a day within my limits and it made me full of energy.
Greetings from Montréal, Québec, Canada !!! Just came accros this video that comes at a right time in my life; I am 64 yrs. old, out of shape, knees that hurt with some 40 pounds extra for a 5'7" tall man. Never got into fights in my life and not looking for one, but IF I were to be faced with such situation, I find your TAI CHI techniques to be perfect to DISCOURAGE my/the attacker. What is the best TAI CHI style I should go for ? IF you lived in Montréal, what school/dojo would you pick ? Thank you for your advice, looking forward to watching your past and future videos !!! Stay healthy my good men !!! Cheers !!!
