I was looking for a simple, very basic, simple qigong move to let go of tension in my body. Making the sound may also help me with my throat chakra as well. Thank you for this!

What is the difference between the round form and the 108 form of wu style taichi?!

This opened up a whole new unverse to me. I started having vivid dreams and some deep suppressed emotions came up doing the day. My bones and joins started shifting into place. It had an effect on my swimming. it switched on finer and more conscious movements during swimming, and instead of rigid, forced movements, I let the natural, instinctive intelligence of my body take over. In my daily work, instead of confrontational, I started being mindful and "soft", deeascalating potentially conflicting situations. This is after a week of beginners practice. I am eager to learn more.

Master Lee: I have to ask you are you the son of the late Dr. Daniel Lee who was my second instructor in Taiji Quan? He lived in California. He came to York, PA. back in the late 90's when I was teaching at York College of PA. and stayed at my house for an entire weekend. I know he had a son, but never heard anything about him. Just wondering?

The biggest challenge I had is expanding my belly with my breath while bouncing gently. Is this something that comes easy for some?

wow. im so glad i came across this. this video ( well technically the first one i watched was the explaination of tai chi) and it has opened a whole new practice for me. the next step in my journey. When i did the circle hands i felt the magnetic force that you were talking about but not many more sensations after that..im not sure if i was more distracted though on the second part because i was thinking about the circle hands, im not sure lol. going to keep trying and also watching other videos. thank you!!!

I've been doing this almost everyday for 2 weeks amoung other qicong exercises I've found on RU-vid. Combined, it has really helped with increasing my lung capacity and health. I had months of eczema, and since doing these exercises (plus acupuncture and herbs) it has really helped clear up my skin rashes and make me feel more energize and healthy. Anyways, I really like this video. Thanks!
