Omgggg I have had so much PAIN in my pelvis and bingo! This is it! My low spine is flat, my glutes and core are weak. My hamstrings and hip flexors are tight and limited range of motion. I have been begging for answers and no one knows what is going on with me!
If you have a tight pelvic floor then yes it will make it tighter. However if you have a normal pelvic floor and you don’t have the symptoms (which I clearly describe in our other videos of what a tight pelvic floor is and what the symptoms are) then this is actually a very healthy and appropriate exercise for anyone with a healthy pelvic floor. @@RebalancePhysicalTherapy When you do this exercise, it causes you to unconsciously tense this muscle more often during the act, which leads to reaching the goal more quickly. However, if you learn to relax this muscle, it prevents you from reaching the goal entirely-in fact, everything stays relaxed in that area. Strengthening this muscle or doing the Kegel exercise is extremely pointless, only to then tense it like crazy when the moment comes, hoping to overcome it. This is extremely uncomfortable and often doesn't work. What men actually wish for is not to get into this situation in the first place and to keep the area extremely relaxed.
End of day doesn't matter...guys have seen women leave hung studs...and marathon boys... doesn't matter....women leave them just as fast as a two pump chump ... She isn't aroused..... feeling the it..... Yes for women it is a feel... It can be 20 seconds....or 3 hours.... but if she isn't feeling.mmyou are done ..give up and go home lol
Hi Mrs. Sheth, Quick question for you: Can excessive abdominal exercise, particularly leg lifts Exercises that produce a prominent “v cut” Produce hypertonic Pelvic floor, And ultimately cause some erectile issues and inhibit blood supply to the male genitals???? I’m trying to self diagnose. I’m a healthy young man with these issues. Please let me know. Respect and blessings.
The guys that gave their "testimony" seem to have taken on the exact mentality they want to avoid: having a line up of women for options vs focusing on one.
Like almost all "diaphragmatic breathing exercises", this is wrong. You don't breathe with your belly (an expanding belly might be a result of an increase in intra-abdominal pressure, but that is a effect not a cause), and your ribs are supposed to rise, that's why they have the facet joints. Expand your floating ribs by contracting your diaphragm and pull down with your PC muscles on the inhale. Puffing out your belly achieves nothing.
Kegel exercises might strengthen you erections but they will also make you come faster due to the tension build up in this area... it's the opposite you should do actually, learn to relax thise muscles during sex. I'm a man and I know what I'm talking about.
Thanks. I think your right. I'm paranoid it was testi cancer or something. Had on and off pain behind the balls for years. Can't tell where it's coming from. Maybe behind the balls somewhere in that muscle in the middle.
I get…women want pleasurable intimacy…and…orgasms…the question is…why is the main factor to accomplish female orgasm pleasure…is the responsibility of men’s sexual function?… Both male and female sexual orgasmic pleasure…relies on BOTH parties…male and female. Unfortunately…a large percentage of folks don’t know…it take several ejaculations…for men to have one male orgasm…so…the first male ejaculation…is just the first step to a male orgasm…both…the male and female sexual participants must understand and embrace that function of the male sexual experience…also…humping and bumping…is not the only sexual intercourse act…there is oral as well…which has to be intergraded in the physical sexual interaction…if necessary…the sexual partners …may…and need to…flip flop back and forth between the two…to achieve orgasms for both parties… Note: A male ejaculation feels pleasurable…BUT…is NOT…a male orgasm… Now…with all that said…that doesn’t mean…men…do not need to insure good healthy habits…such as…clean nutrition and exercise…to be able to preform sexual…but…keep in mind…so do women…for their sexual health as well..
Short version, Guys get in the gym and workout and stay fit. Eat healthy. You will feel better about yourself and focus less on wasting time chasing pu$$y. The population of sexless men in the U.S. is in the millions and most are married.

I was kicked repeatedly and initially felt pain on my left badly right wasn’t as bad but now my right under my boob is painful. I went into a bedside till it broke then into a fire place obviously braking that also . It hurts to cough and breath is this normal ? I have sharp pains like real sharp . I’ve had other bones broken but not in my chest area before .

Yup, you just described the reason I am happier living single. A Gf that has her own place, can be great because she knows you can just walk away. Most married w-m-n are a train wreak. I don't want to have to look at or smell that everyday.

Easy way to last longer, works every time without these exercises. This is very simple, during intercourse once you get that feeling when your about to, stop pull out and go down on her. I usually have to do this twice but after that you will last all night.
