Thanks. I think your right. I'm paranoid it was testi cancer or something. Had on and off pain behind the balls for years. Can't tell where it's coming from. Maybe behind the balls somewhere in that muscle in the middle.
Doctor, I'm from india , belong to a marginal economic conditions. I have been going through several problems since last three years. Now , since last 4 months I have been suffering from severe right Pelvic and scrotal pain along with perinium and buttock pain as well. But no swelling or mass. I have done usg ingunal area and MRI Hip too. It revealed only mild cam type hip impingement. No medicine and no therapy are helping me out. I cant perform my daily works due to scrotal and epididymis pain. Please help me out. Please. I'm the only bread earner of my family. Please help. I can send you Dicom soft file of my MRI.
