For anyone confused, your lower ab muscles go into your groin area. Personally 'reverse kegals' did it for me. The difference, "push out" your pee instead. Game changer.
As some of these tips may help, but you don't actually have to spend a lot of time to be back on track. I've conquered ED myself, and I couldn't thank God enough. Now I can last even more than 30 mins.if I'm on a good mood
@@ENDRL8 reduce ur sugar consumption, add cholesterol to your diet, as expert says can increase testosterone level. Best source is egg, I personally consume up to 5 eggs a day. Plus, half glass of red wine every night, specially those that are rich in FLAVONOIDS. Regarding excercise, you don't need to spend hrs.in the gym, I just do hundred of push ups a day, more or less
This video is super thorough and very helpful for many people. There’s also another group of people that could greatly benefit from this, but they’re unable to focus on all the information provided and therefore get lost in the minutia. Can you please make another video with 1/3rd or half the information?
Here’s an even easier way to make your man last for hours. Don’t keep yourself in shape. Don’t cook him meals or take care of his house. Don’t be loving and supportive. Don’t put that make up on for weeks at a time. Forget all about what brought you guys together. Constantly bring up the bad times. Never ever brush or comb your hair or teeth. See little to know effort and he will last for months
Yup, you just described the reason I am happier living single. A Gf that has her own place, can be great because she knows you can just walk away. Most married w-m-n are a train wreak. I don't want to have to look at or smell that everyday.
@@scottrichardson1659 From experience, I can attest this method works wonders. After a short amount of time I could last years as both guilt and resentment created the perfect combo for being unable to ever enjoy anything or finish. 10 out of 10 men agree this works.
Kegel exercises might strengthen you erections but they will also make you come faster due to the tension build up in this area... it's the opposite you should do actually, learn to relax thise muscles during sex. I'm a man and I know what I'm talking about.
Hey liked this video so I went to check your library and wow I had to subscribe. For years I have suffered from painful ejaculation after a dry spell and saw a video related to it and without watching I subscribe cuz nobody seemed to understand my problem but you do👍🏾

The guys that gave their "testimony" seem to have taken on the exact mentality they want to avoid: having a line up of women for options vs focusing on one.
That's a nice explanation about connecting the 4 muscle groups. The diaphragmatic breathing exercise is similar to what I teach my yoga students. They all feel like they had been breathing the wrong way their whole life. One question though about the pelvic floor exercise. I understand we should not involve the gluts and thighs, but I feel the anus/rectum gets involved. I mean while trying to suck the testicles in, there is a little contraction around rectum as well. Is that how it should be? Thank you!

Just disconnect your mind for some moments, think about something else, then you"ll stop feeling and will last longer. This way you might be pushing your tool for one hour

If you have a tight pelvic floor then yes it will make it tighter. However if you have a normal pelvic floor and you don’t have the symptoms (which I clearly describe in our other videos of what a tight pelvic floor is and what the symptoms are) then this is actually a very healthy and appropriate exercise for anyone with a healthy pelvic floor. Trust me- I have 25 years of experience treating complex pelvic floor issues. As well as a TEDX talk on this subject. www.ted.com/talks/hina_sheth_pain_with_sex_insights_from_a_sex_mechanic?
@@RebalancePhysicalTherapy When you do this exercise, it causes you to unconsciously tense this muscle more often during the act, which leads to reaching the goal more quickly. However, if you learn to relax this muscle, it prevents you from reaching the goal entirely-in fact, everything stays relaxed in that area. Strengthening this muscle or doing the Kegel exercise is extremely pointless, only to then tense it like crazy when the moment comes, hoping to overcome it. This is extremely uncomfortable and often doesn't work. What men actually wish for is not to get into this situation in the first place and to keep the area extremely relaxed.
@@jakutz Please correct me if I am wrong, but what I am understanding from your claim is that if you have a strong pelvic floor than there is an inability to control the contractions? You mentioned that one needs to relax the muscle to last longer? I fail to see the correlation and the logic of your claim. If you strengthen your bicep, does your bicep remain in flexion because of its increased strength? Certainly not. However, it does increase the amount of force the bicep can exert which facilitates lifting heavier things. To strengthen your muscle you need to contract it. In order to contract it, it needs to be in a prior state of relaxation which is then done in repetition. Are you following the logic? If anything, you are becoming more aware of the muscle and as a result have an easier time learning to relax when you have a reflexive contraction from the activity you mention. While I am a big believer in critical thinking and questioning things, I am also a proponent of respect and you might not assume you know more than a physical therapist that specializes in this area. Perhaps a question is better suited to finding an answer.
@@Samuel-lg2dw If you constantly tense the muscle that stops the flow of urine, you're more likely to tense this muscle during sex as well, which will cause you to reach the end much faster. However, if you relax the muscle (reverse kegels), as if you're letting urine flow out, the ending will be delayed. Therefore, it is not advisable to recommend strengthening this muscle, but rather to relax it, as it is extremely difficult to keep this muscle relaxed during sex. The same goes for the buttocks; this area must be relaxed because tension brings you closer to the end.
@@Samuel-lg2dw Furthermore, you have a major flaw in your thinking. Even if she is a trained therapist or doctor, that doesn’t mean she’s always right, and how do you know where I got my knowledge from? Maybe I got my knowledge from a doctor or therapist who is also trained in the same field.
