Nothing has changed I'm getting left negative feedback for giving refunds. Wots the point in giving refunds if there still going to give negative feedback
@@positivity374. giving a refund doesn’t mean you can’t get negative. Let’s say you ship someone a stained shirt. They ask to send it back for a refund, fine…..you refund then but it was still a bad experience. You messed us. Negative feedback is warranted

I follow a very strict routine everyday, even on weekends. If I know we have appointments on a Wednesday I make sure I have enough drafts so I can just launch them Wednesday morning first thing. I will also get up at 4am on that Wednesday to make sure I delist/relist send offers and package up my orders so I can take them with me. I try not to deviate from my routine it throws me off to much if I do.
I just got 2 different negative feedbacks that eBay refused to remove. The first one was a customer was upset because the item was moving slow during shipping even though that is out of my control and the other was a accidental negative feedback that the buyer admitted to and apologized for. They reviewed the feedbacks and refused to remove it and I am a top rated seller but I guess that means nothing.

I am struggling with time management. I work a full time job and a part time job and I resell. I never know what night I work my part time job so sourcing is mainly on the weekends and taking pictures and listing is where I am struggling. I had been trying to list 5 a day and did great last week but this week I am struggling to do 2 a day. I don’t know how to do this part time and not feel like I have to do everything daily. I even run to the post office every day because I don’t want items to sit. Any suggestions??
My cats definitely don’t understand closed doors. I seem to be listing more stuff on posh than anywhere else and the sales are showing, but I wish they sold motivation bc I’d buy some. Asheville and some other towns up in WNC are really not doing good. Sending 🙏🏻🙏🏻 for all those affected in the SE.
I also take care of my mom. She had a stroke and she can not walk right or clean, so wash, bath herself, her medicine, and put her to bed. I have a lot of responsibility. I’m not making any excuses, this is my day, everyday. So when I can I list on Poshmark and the do all my listings and cross post. I don’t have a lot of time but the time that I do have I’m working on my business. Also how do I start a list of clothes that I have and that sold within the last 3 years. I have never done this before.
I’m still on the eBay, I can only post 125 items a month. I have Vendoo and I can only post or import 125 items. I don’t have the money to import anymore. But I am doing my best with listing on Poshmark everyday.
Thank you for the information. I appreciate it sir. Im a new seller trying to figure out why out of $360 my payout is $250. I knew the answer already, just wanted to see the technical reasons. We all know the policy is steal from the poor and give to the rich. We still have to eat it regardless if we want to sell on their platform, but we can discuss it all the same. Better than pretending its all for our benefit.
Ebay broke guidelines and billed men $200 on my account. I sold an item that had no returns and the seller changed his mind. Seller contacted me and I told ebay about it. Ebay said don't worry because I was protected by the guidelines. I then get an email saying I owe ebay $200 because they reimbursed the customer. It's a nightmare with eBay. They told me misinformation just so they can hold me towards the refund. Its completely unprofessional and I don't advise anyone to buy or sell on eBay period.

I’m in lake Suzy so we had tornados warming like crazy .. the lake at the back blew at my lanai but after Ian damage this was not bad! I’m still finishing my ceilings myself from Ian .. bloody nightmare! But it is what it is!! All my inventory is in plastic tubs 🙏
Have 4 packages to drop off this morning so looked at ebay and their status. One is showing that it shipped the day before it was purchased. Futher due diligence, realized that the glitch is from USPS. Ebay is faultless, at least with mine, and i'll be grilling them at the PO in a few minutes.

You're right, that sounds like a total scam and if I were a buyer in this case that's exactly what I would think so thanks for the great tips about the glitch on eBay. I'm the kind of person that would preemptively tell everyone "Hey by the way you may get a tracking number that says it's been delivered to another state." Thanks for the "permission" to have self-control on that 😂
For me it’s a turn off. It looks trashy. I don’t want to buy items where people are hanging out in what looks like underwear, almost nude. The guy smoking, swim shorts that do look like undies. Total turn off. The women with the boobs, trashy. I’m sure the guys like it though. I don’t think eBay should allow it. It dumbs down eBay. eBay is the best buy and sell platform IMO and it makes eBay look bad and like any other “modern” or woke company. I like to think eBay is a little classier than that. Looks more like Craigslist. Keep it professional.
SW VA got pumbled pretty bad. The flooding, downed trees, & power outages are massive for our area. I had the shipping glitch happen with 2 of my packages. I didn't catch it in time. They went to the wrong buyer.
I sell pokemon cards i obtain from buying collections before i list ANY cards i examine them thoughroghly to guarantee they arent fake and adjust price for condition for example a Played card will be 30-50% Less than a Near Mint card i pride myself on honesty and having a good reputation
My daughter lives in (or should I say lived) Dunedin one block from the water. She had over 4 feet of water in the house before she climbed out the window and got into the bed of their truck and got rescued.
**Question** are buyers who buy an item then after you purchase the label, they write you saying " oh my gosh, my old address is showing , what do I do? Or can you ship it to my new address?? Is that usually a scam? Or honest ?? Thanks
50/50. Some are scams, and some are just forgetful and don't change to their new address. But changing is not allowed. Cancel and have them rebuy for PROBLEM WITH BUYERS ADDRESS. No defect fro you, and they get it to the right place
On Whatnot there is now a coin seller that has a busty lady with tons of cleavage holding all the items being sold. They get at least 20% more for each item.
My part of Virginia was absolutely devastated by the floods. 1/3 of a major college is completely under water. The New River rose 33ft and wiped out entire communities. You might want to check on the Commonwealth Picker. He is about 45mins away. Worst flood ever recorded since 1914. Stay sate everybody. My area will never look or feel the same we lost so much so fast. ❤
FL Panhandle here. I sell on eBay as a "hobby" these days since I also have a full time job. I had an item sell on the 24th and didn't realize it until the 28th. My phone doesn't automatically notify me of an offer or a sell so I have to check eBay manually. Anywho, I got wrapped up in preparing for Helene and totally forgot about everything else in life. Fortunately, we ended up with alot of wind and little rain since Helene kept inching east and I did message my buyer and apologize for the delay in shipping out their item. I haven't received a reply so I hope they understand.
What is wrong with eBay, how can one platform have so many issues? At this point, it's almost like they do this on purpose, just to give us sellers even more BS to deal with.
I'm in Western South Carolina, and we currently have no power. No Internet. Gas shortage. So thankful we did not have damage to our home and storage. Lots of trees down. It's just crazy. We watched the storm roll into Florida the night before, and my kids woke me up to let me know she's here. I closed my eBay store, have a couple customers to reach out to, because our post office is down. So glad you're safe!
