Seems like EB2-NIW became very trendy to apply for and many people try to apply by themselves which is not that easy after all. Also, people with various backgrounds just try their luck. Others hire any lawyer that is just cheaper and takes their case. All in all, the requirements for approval have always been the same. What do you think about this Oscar?
It's basically what I said, I agree for the most part. Requirements are the same since 2016 but of course the pool of officers has changed over the years and they may be more or less strict throughout a period of time
For EB-1A, there is # of applicants who withdraw as well which USCIS does not report. Hence, this I think is a better formula assuming not everyone goes for premium processing: [Approved + Approved ]/[Received +Received]. Again, there is no perfect formula. Just a case of what could be more closer to what really happens .
No, because RFEs are not decisions on a case, they are just that...request for evidence. Then the officer issues a decision (approval or denial), which is what goes into statistics

Hello Oscar, after I-140 EBE NIW Petion approval, at NVC while filing DS260 no options showed up to upload the Civil and Financial Documents. What is the issue here? Your 2 cents.
NIW require mailing documents, not uploading. Please read the instructions in the welcome letter carefully and the CEAC portal instructions, you have the mailing address there

Hi Oscar, If the USCIS approves the I-140 and sends it to NVC for further processing, is the applicant/beneficiary required to submit the Affidavit of Support (AoS)? Or this does not apply to EB2 NIW case (is there any reference section regarding this in INA?). Thanks.

Student visas are not dual intent so an applicant may have problems to prove they plan to return to their country after they filed an immigrant petition
