That's due to the SBCamerascroll mod actually. But its a pain in the butt to edit around whenever I want the camera to STOP moving.

But elites do have higher stats - they are significantly likely to dodge projectiles, higher angle throw, can leap and have more hp (or higher chance to not die from spear)
