Hello fellow MASTER! I have the following setup, and I’m trying to figure out how to showcase my Mac’s screen-whether it’s a browser window, pictures, or movie clips-as an input source. I’m working on a three-camera podcast and would like to use the Program feed to display a movie clip or my browser as part of the podcast. The flow would look something like this: switch to Cam 1, then Cam 3 for a wide-angle shot, then maybe show a movie clip or browser window, and then back to Cam 2, and so on. Here’s my wiring setup: - The three cameras are connected to the ATEM via HDMI inputs 1, 2, and 3. - My HDMI output (1) is going into my Mac via a capture card before it plugs into the Mac. (This is used in combination with OBS in the event I would like to Live Stream, though for this setup, I’m only recording straight into my 4TB SSD drive via USB (A). -HDMI OUT (2) is going to a single monitor that shows the Program feed for all three participants to see. - USB (A) is connected to a 4TB SSD drive. - USB (B) is plugged back into the same Mac so the person doing the switching can see the multicam feed using OBS. What I’m trying to achieve is to be able to send my Mac’s monitor output so that all three podcast participants can see themselves being switched or, if we decide to pull up a news article or RU-vid video from my Mac, we can display that as well. Thank you in advance, and take care!
Sooooo..... after all that.... how does it generate any sort of income to live off of? I mean... people just look at it. Or do they buy a ticket for a couple bucks?
Just as though: is there a way to edit the transition, say for example, go from a 2 box cam cropped + ppt full with background to a full size cam input scaled at 80% with a background ?
You are doing great but sucks that we cant see what buttons you are clicking on the board to do whatever you are doing. But great explanation and set up though
I have the bothlighting IR4s as well. Does this need to be performed for each fixture? or can you program one light to be used as a master and slave the rest?
So I have a question for you. What if a room presenter wants to speak back and forth with an online presenter? The way I am routing audio out of zoom right now is it comes out of my zoom laptop and into my audio mixer and into the room speakers from my audio mixer. I use the auxiliary out potting down the zoom input so that it doesn't feed back. However, when the in-room speaker speaks through the in-room microphone, it goes out to zoom and I presume it would come back in to my zoom laptop because they're having a dialogue back and forth. How do I handle that feedback? Echo
