Great stuff, Kegal queen. Do you get pesseries that is totaly flexable. Not the stiff ring pessary with steel in. Had problems with ring pessary too hard, not plexable enoug. Thx.
She is delusional... the women center suggest kegal devices anf also have a medical kegal device.. We all know that you dont usw the devises longer then r3comente.. I wish that RU-vid would r3ject idiots from posting on the internet...
I just had my cystocele surgery last monday, and I'm recovering right now, what i can tell is the first three days after surgery is going to be painful and they will give you a medication for pain, i decided to do the surgery because it was painful to hold the pee and i can't even holding with these kegel exercises, they don't work for me anymore and i was suffering from urine infection often, just take your medication on time and everything will be good on managing your pain level, i will coment later to tell you guys how it goes, God bless all of you 🙏
Thank you for helping me with videos and pessary it helps me very much and my gino. fight it in and i am ok now he said i should come back 3 months time Thank and God bless you 🙏
I just got one yesterday. I feel like my uterus prolapse has magically disappeared. I cant even feel it in there. I recommend if you need one get it. It helps me so much. Before the pessary I felt so uncomfortable all the time. I felt like I was sitting on a ball. I was using the restroom every 45 minutes. It was so irritating. I feel so much better.
There are no viable alternatives, including surgery...the ring doesnt work for some people like me, even with the largest size, unfortunately, it stopped working, and it is a bladder prolapse, a cystocele....This is mostly outside my body....have always had discharge from the pessary...Mine was fitted properly, but eventually needed a larger size, that doesnt work..doctor told me that I could do 500 kegels a day, and they would never work for me...I made the mistake of squatting when I had my daughter, which was the wrong position to have a bigger baby, at least...would have been better to be on all fours, but it wasnt possible to correct when she was coming out, so its had a huge impact on my pelvic floor...I have had to take antibiotics for ecoli infection, and really dont want to take any more, as they do become resistant...am unable often to get ovesten pessaries to where they need to be, which exacerbates everything, so very frustrating and worrying...
My rectum is prolapsed into my check muscles cause I had an ignorant doc do a forcep delivery on me when I should have had a CSection era 1971. I had a fractured coccyx that was missed , I eventually developed pudendal nerve entrapment, causing severe labial aching pressure burning pain . 5 rectal doc and multiple visits to gynecologist specialist in vaginal rectal damage failed to help. A physical therapist specially trained to listen to the patient worked with me to figure out I had the nerve entrapment. One treatment and I was fixed, never to get that pain again. However I still have difficulty with BM..as it feels like it “goes somewhere”.
Some of these comments are 100% ignorant uneducated idiotic statements. My mother has a pessary and it completely changed her life. She is disabled in her legs and couldn’t do surgery or pelvic floor exercises. The pessary holds everything back into place and gave her life back to her. This year at age 48 I also had a prolapse. I am doing kegals but so much was hanging out that it literally sealed off my urine stream and I had to start doing self catheterizing. I got a pessary and all my problems disappeared. Pessary lifted the pressure off my bladder and reopened the urine flow. And it stopped my pain which helped my do kegals better. I am doing surgery but all the surgeons are booked out 3-4 months so this pessary is saving my life right now. I even went to Disneyland with it and had no pain. If anyone is reading this…..please do try a pessary in addition to pelvic therapy. Don’t believe these uneducated commenters. They have no idea what they are talking about.
I had it a week ago and my surgery went well. My Urologist and her team did an impeccable job! Kegals and pelvic floor only worked temporarily. I didn’t even realize that my vagina was hanging out. Lol. I had a lot of pain and frequent urination. My vagina looks and feels young and good. I didn’t get the mesh, she used my own fascia. Do your homework and get recommendations from your gynecologist for a reputable seasoned urologist and look at reviews and board certified
Excellent video. So very helpful although having been fitted with one recently I am amazed that anyone would be able to remove it and replace it oneself. It was very painful to have it fitted and the GP used a lot of force to put it in. There is just no way I would be able to do it myself. I was told to return in 3 months. It's just about doing it's job.
I've been fitted three times now and was a bit perturbed that the doctor said to leave it six months before returning. I didn't feel happy with that length of time, I think it starts to feel itchy after a few months. However, have just removed it as this newly fitted one is causing the same pain as the previous. I think it could well be part of the prolapse problem that wasn't being helped by the pessary but time will tell. It's a relief now to get it out, if not disappointing. I think I'll be enroute to a second surgery.
What I hear is somebody saying try other options before surgery that’s the absolutely wisest things to do she’s not saying don’t have if all else fails..yet at least try ..estrogen crème, pelvic floor exercises and a pessie….And really do the exercise every day what’s wrong with committing to at least to try to heal the body naturally…
My experience has been ... when I go to the doctor, all the staff are cold and standoffish. There's no kindness nor do they even try to fake being nice. I feel as if I'm unimportant by the way they behave. My health is good, but the doctor still suggests getting tests.$$ They don't even smile or act friendly. I only go now if I think there's a problem. The doctor regularly schedules me for appointments every 3 months. Why? This is why >>> $$$
I absolutely disagree with everything said in this video. In fact, I was watching it while I used my k fit toner device. That device honestly changed my life. I was doing kegels naturally, and it is nothing compared to what this device has done for me. I had twins and developed a prolapse issue, along with urinary issues. Both have improved so much in just a month that I have been doing it!!! And I love laying in my bed, with my pants off, listening to music, or watching RU-vid 20 minutes a day. I get a nice break from the kids, lol. I have also noticed a big difference during naughty time. Just wanted to add that the toning device I use has 30 different workouts and rests you every ten seconds. It is the only thing prescribed by doctors for pelvic floor issues. I understand you have a strong opinion, but it's just that, an opinion. It could be harmful to women who could truly benefit from these devices as well.
I mean, these devices might put people like you out of a job I suppose. I can see it more as an inconvenience than helpful for you. But doing too much of something is bad, but some of us need to work these muscles. And I see too many women show improvement . I’m on my journey and starting to finally feel more confident.
