Never a emergency!! Mine is ,mine was. Mine has gotten worse..So much kegels and physical therapy and so much medicine for constipation.. next will be surgery 🙏

My rectum is prolapsed into my check muscles cause I had an ignorant doc do a forcep delivery on me when I should have had a CSection era 1971. I had a fractured coccyx that was missed , I eventually developed pudendal nerve entrapment, causing severe labial aching pressure burning pain . 5 rectal doc and multiple visits to gynecologist specialist in vaginal rectal damage failed to help. A physical therapist specially trained to listen to the patient worked with me to figure out I had the nerve entrapment. One treatment and I was fixed, never to get that pain again. However I still have difficulty with BM..as it feels like it “goes somewhere”.

Are stairs safe? I've got lots of stairs up down daily to where I live.
