Hey just wanted to tell you, it be much powerful if you actually demonstrated the drills. Most kids are visual learners and will not be able to figure out the actual nonevents. Keep up the good work and good luck with you channel.
Thank you for the feedback! My goal is to give serious athletes the tools they need to be successful. The best way I have found to do that is through a call with them, and possibly enjoy a personal coaching connection with them. I have found that without accountability, most athletes aren't going to ever reach their full potential. I have demonstrated in past videos, but have the same result as far as views and results. I would appreciate more insight into what you think works with athletes as well. I hope to be a resource for those that are truly seeking how to improve and are serious about reaching their maximum potential.

Tell Brooks that you wrote that backwards just to see if he looked at your RU-vid page. You could’ve said some thing about running backwards can make you faster running forward.
