Hi, what are these tents like in the wind, please? They look a bit easier to pitch/take down than the 4.1 (I'd be doing it on my own 😕) but those flappy sides put me off because I can imagine the wind getting under them.
I find the suction is very poor when you put the extension tube or pipe on. Apart from the stair brush head, which is a bugger to get off, I'm completely underwhelmed by it. I would have loved to see you do that ping pong ball demo with the extensions on it.
How are the palisades holding up 6 years in? are u getting any microplastic shedding? Im worried about them faring in the Southwest US. What percentage of these palisades are made from postconsumer-recycled?
We sent ours back and stuck with our corded shark vaccum. It was just nowhere near as good. With the shark when the dirt section was empty....by time we finished the living room and hallway carpet there was fluff and bits in the cylinder...with the Gtech....a few bits but that's it
My mother-in-law threw an air ram away because the suction was awful, having said that, a Dyson went too. She gave my daughter one of these for her student flat, but she wasn't impressed either. I just tried it, fully charged. Useless suction yet again! The filter is clean, fully charged, is there any other filter or reason for the poor suction?
Well, we have an older one and aren’t great at maintenance. I took the rod off and discovered a little piece of cardboard in my tube with a bunch of dust and hair all trapped in there. I got it out and the suction improved tremendously.
Unfortunately, the handle of my Gtech AirRam has jammed in the upright position and I cannot get it to shift. Sprayed with WD40 but no joy. Any suggestions?
Don't buy from Gtech. The Gtech ar20, product itself has the chance to be one of the best in the UK, however it's has a design fault with the handle which renders it useless after just months of use. The biggest problem with Gtech is the customer support they say that they have never heard of any particular fault before and this is the first time. it's impossible not to have had this fault reported before as the handle is kept on with two very flimsy tabs made from plastic that fatigue and break within months of using the device. Gtech or refusing to to take ownership of the fault and provide a worthy replacement what's more they want to charge customers an extra £15 plus delivery for exactly the same handle that will also break within months of use.
*Color keeps it cooler in the day and easier to see at night.>>>**nub.best/o612** Takes some practice to pack away but color coded straps, clips and printed instructions help a lot.*
These things are *terribly* made. Really poor plastic and built *not* to last. After sending the MK1 back after a couple of months ( couldn't disassemble to fit back in box ) we got a K9. After only about 10 months one of the plastic wheels has fallen off and on examination is not only broken, but badly designed and of very POOR quality. Don't waste your money on these battery TOYS, buy a proper mains vac.
No, it's not just you. It's damn near impossible. I found this video, obviously it's sold by Bissell in the US, but, I'm doing what she is doing with the green ring and have done since I bought it, but, it's still a pig. I think her's wasn't actually on properly in the demonstration as it was too easy. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xYQrvg9Sx1k.html
@@kiskaloo6843 I haven't managed to remove the damned thing since I commented above! The upright gave up the ghost shortly after I posted this but I still have the handheld complete with the stair tool lol!
