Very well-done video. I'm a six month "newbie" whoI had a beautiful flat stomach and nice, long (if floppy) stoma, but it has developed a hernia on top. I am doing well with the one-piece light Convatec. Wonderful job! Very clear presentation. I envy your beautiful cutting!
Synesthesia is not a pathology unless it appears as a result of an injury AND interferes with normal functioning. Most synesthetes are born with it. To us, it’s normal.
Thats weird ! For as many years I have checked Blood pressure, there have always been very specific instructions, as how to apply the cuff ! Tube always facing down the arm, towards the hand ? She has it backwards ? But she did say she was in Canada ! 😂🤣😂
The only thing I see a little misleading about this video is that most of the time it looks like there are only two or three providers in the Cath Lab. It was like Grand Central Station when I was in there and it is very embarrassing being exposed to someone people who, don’t seem to be essential to the procedure
im 59 years old, overweight and life long smoker. I have 1 kidney due to kidney cancer. My creatnine runs between 1.8 and 2.2 and my gfr is around 35..My cardiologist is wanting to perform this procedure due to a slight abnormality in my stress test. What other options do I have?
I hear different things like answers to questions. I see things when I close my eyes and see images like looking Through The Eyes of someone else. Sometimes it's the images of a long time ago sometimes it's images that haven't happened yet. I write things that seem to talk back to me. I hear like a wavelength that is disrupted by certain things. Sometimes I smell things that others don't smell. Sometimes I hear music and no one else does. And sometimes I can be thinking about something like the Dust Bowl in the 30s and a great big cloud of dust where someone's been mowing will in Gulf me while I'm driving down the road. 🙂 It used to frighten me but it doesn't now. I think that's due to others having the same kinds of things happening❤
Such a wonderful good-hearted guy ... just to show how anyone can fall into the trap of gambling. I am happy for him that he was able to turn his life around and I hope he is doing fine with his life.

There's just no help for people who suffer TBI, and have long term effects similar to CTE symptoms. There's only a focus on immediate treatment, and long term care for severe brain injured people, but people who suffer debilitating symptoms that don't present right away, and get worse over years, there's denial by the medical community.

I am almost 40 now, smoking most of life since 11 years old. Back in the 80's - 90's I was a part of the end of the golden age. I was a regular Marlboro Lights smoker - the brand I always pictured myself with. After a year I was at 5 a day, by 13 it was half a pack. :P
I had a cardiac catheterization one year ago in Morristown Medical Center, NJ. Upon going into the cath lab itself I was told to take off my hospital gown and be nude under the open camera without anything on top of me, not even a sheet. This was not an emergency and was indeed a humiliating, upsetting experience. I was treated like I was an incompetent old lady or a dead body, although the cath itself was fairly simple. I was 67 years young.
Ostomy nurses, make it sound so easy, they need to have actual people that deal with it to teach people. Nurses do not train you properly. Text books don’t help.
Just had this procedure done 24 hrs ago, waiting to be discharged. Everything went smoothly.A heartfelt shout out to All the support staff, Doctors n leadership team at jaideva institute of cardiology, Bangalore. And also to Infosys for donating towards a spanking new building.
I promised myself when I turned 30, I would quit smoking… I quit smoking before my 29th birthday.. I turned 30 2 months ago and I’m still cigarette free.. 15 months!
I smoked a lot in my 20s, 10-20 a day, quitting and then picking it up again after 6 months or an year, I am 32 now and I quit smoking almost 2 years ago when I was 30 years old. Hearing this guys say that I will have almost the same risk as a non smoker gives me so much hope and courage to never pick it up again. Edit: Don't wait till you turn 30 or 40 if you are close to that age, quit now, you will see immediate results, you will feel better.
