a vanilla cake with no vanilla extract anywhere to be found! 😆 no but on a serious note, definitely post more content that caters/allows your personality to SHINE! whether it be through vlogs, top 10's, 5's, days in the life, etc. more reviews too!
Why did you start this channel? What makes it worthwhile for you to keep it going? What are you afraid of? Rhetorical questions. I'm no expert, but it sounds like you're torn between what you want and what you think the audience wants. Maybe sit with it, give it the time it needs. You'll know what to do.
Have you tried a coffee creami recipe? I just made it and its a 10/10 240g Fairlife Fat Free Milk • 240g Cold Brew Coffee (I did Decaf so I can have any time of the day) • 30g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder • 8g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix • 5g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice • Pinch of Sea Salt Mix-Ins: 2 Oreo Thins 10g mini choc chips
Love your channel. More content on weight loss & maintenance & more of your life would be interesting to watch. New product & food reviews are good, too.
How could you provide nutrition education when you don’t have a degree in nutrition? Nothing outside of an online cert that isn’t even 100% nutrition focused…
She says unless you’ve been living under a rock you’ve heard of ninja creami but then goes on to say she just now found out about Fair Life milk! wth?!?!!
Girl you did not need to dirty a glass just to crack an egg on it... just tap it on the counter! And what are you doing sloshing that french toast around 😱 that's what they make a fork for 😅
Great tips! Not at all trying to come in and say calorie tracking isn't the best way for tips 1 and 2, but for me personally, that was never going to work and for some others its an immediate non-starter. For those like me, I'd recommend spending weeks to a month analyzing food and exercise habits to come up with a plan to replace 90% of their meals with lower calorie deviations they can confidently eat and enjoy. Looking up "anabolic [insert meal here] recipe" will provide great ideas for executing this. This and the regular exercise from your remaining tips, with consistency, will create that much needed deficit.
There is not room for discussion on this topic. Tracking calories and eating in a caloric deficit is scientifically and objectively the way to lose weight. Sure, you could accidentally end up in a caloric deficit by reducing your caloric intake, but that still doesn't void the fact that you are in a deficit, and that is the way to losing weight. Exercise is nice, but you are not going to outrun a bad diet.
