Dude how do you have that much caffeine and not have bladder issues? Am I the only one that when I have caffeine it irritates the fuacckkkk out of my bladder and have to keep pissing
Might be a stupid question but when batch cooking, how do you ensure exactly how many grams of each ingredient you have once you are separating it all into 4 meals?

I broke my ankle on 3 places 2 weeks ago. Got kicked by a few guys, hope police will get them. I got my surgery in 3 days and have to recover and relearn to walk for 12 weeks from then. I had planned my first parachute jump on the 18th of June. Also i wanted to get my motorcycle driving license this summer. I miss working out. Thanks for this video Mo❤️
I took creatine for 12 years up until 2023, and thought if this is the thing I take every day and I'm noticing hair thinning, and there's some small amount of evidence that suggests it could affect hair loss, then it's not worth it. I get creatine naturally anyway through animal meat so I'm not missing out, and I get to keep my hair

Frozen veg, chicken breast, fish, fruit, yogurt, IF, no starchy carbs after 3pm (veg only), black coffee, whey, eggs. All whole foods. Nothing processed

Also, Mo. There is a new way to think about the glycemic index to nuance it better. That has to do with resistant starch--starches that resist the insulin spike. So your boiled potatoes. You can increase the starch resistance by eating the boiled potatoes cold. Same with oat meal. The idea is that starches that are eaten hot increase the insulin sooner (and so a spike) than if you ate the same starches cold. So you might check out info on starch resistance. I learned this from my roommate. She just finished a masters in nutrition.
