Yep !!! If I want to eat extra…I eat loads more good quality low calorie foods. Weigh every time in toilet. Keep monitoring weight. Walk 10 miles a day Will get to goal weight. They will start gym weight and keep up cardio in walking, rowing, static bike Got 20 pounds to go to goal weight

You can't go wrong with doing a small cal deduction from diet of 250-500 per day combined with lots of daily walking and 90-150 min per week of formal zone 2 LISS cardio. Doing that while getting adequate protein and continuing to lift on a regular basis will definitely get it done. I'm just thankful for the CA weather that lets me walk outdoors on a daily basis almost year round.

Yes or it's just going to get crazy complex - I have a smart watch but effectively ignore the calories. Only time I might make an exception to this is if I've burned, say, 4k+ calories, I'm on a 2k calorie diet and feel like I cannot function that day. Then I'll have an extra healthy snack or something along those lines

I always thought that you need to bulk to 20% body fat to gain muscle but 18% from 12% is plenty enough .

You ever tried going carnivore on a cut though? I know it's an extreme. BUT I'm doing it now ahead of holidays in May, and I'm in a massive calorie deficit, and it's so fkin satiating.

I’m 6,2 started at 230lbs and this morning woke up at 170. My top half is lean and arms have visible muscle and veins, but my bottom half is still fat as shit. Am I doomed here or what can I do lol
