I enjoy making these little movies and I hope you enjoy watching them. I have a pretty laid back life but I try to make the videos as fun as possible. I don't really have a motto so....... But Im always open to new ideas so let me know what you got!

Wore the maxflys my sophomore year running a 51 in the 400, didn't notice much of a difference from my previous spikes so I transitioned to the sp2s this year, however when they broke I decided to try the maxflys again as I had dropped my 400 time down to a 48 in the sp2s. Now I am able to feel a much more significant difference in the maxflys both in energy return and my ability to generate power. Based off of this I would say that it would start to become worth your money to buy maxflys, when you dip below 50, maybe even 49 in the 400, but I cant say for sure. I still think that if people want to get a pair of maxflys and are willing to spend 200 bucks on some even if they may not be strong or fast enough to fully benefit from them then let them, do what gets you excited and motivated to improve.
I am relatively new to pole vault and track. I am a freshman boy in high school. I average just under 7 feet. I weigh roughly 115 pounds. What pole should I be using, and do you have any suggestions?
The higher the runners velocity , then the longer the distance between foot/ground contacts. This is because, for a time period, neither foot is on the ground. Hence, the faster runner is ‘flying’ between foot ground impacts; not stretching his legs. The force and power of the foot/ground determines the speed and velocity during the ‘flight’ period. The runner is torquing similarly to the connecting-rod action upon the crankshaft in an Internal combustion engine. Short stroke spin up faster and reach higher RPMs than a long stroke (long legs). Generally long strokes produce more power and leverage. But Christian Coleman’s legs are exceptionally 6:37 powerful and be propel him to greater velocity and therefore longer flights between foot/ground impacts. Thunderous power impacts. Look at an old Bob Hayes film, the inventor of power running. Usain Bolt had long stroke (long legs) and powerful impacts. Just my theory of it . Hope it helps. A long leg runner who stretches for longest strides looses power on impact and turnover rate. Turn over rate is like engine RPMs. Bicycles are similar.
Hello, I have a question as an inexperienced person to a professional. I plan to study sports education starting this year and still need a shoe: 1. for the sports aptitude test (100m sprint and 3000m run) and 2. thereafter for the athletics semester. I am still undecided whether to buy spikes (I tend to think about the “Puma Evospeed Distance Nitro Elite+ 2” or the “Puma evoSPEED Star 8”) or rather a regular running shoe and use my indoor shoes for the sprint. I would greatly appreciate a response.
after 1 year and a half I popped all 4 cushions and cracked both carbon fiber insole plates of my maxflys 😂 (no I am not a pro and my times are not good even for like third division in American College Circuit… but yes, I am physically strong)
Don't compare males that aren't real runners in the same field as her compare males that are in the same field if it's hundred-yard - then those are the ones you compare if it's a marathon runner then compare male marathon runners don't compare the average guy off the street that's the dumbest thing you could possibly do
I think this title seems a little misleading, but I totally understand what you’re trying to get at here. I’m currently going into my sophomore year in hs, and I run 2:11 in the 800 and 56 in the 400, and I am using a cheap pair of spikes. I’m thinking of slowly upgrading my spikes as I go along, and times getting better, to give me better and steadier improvements.
U gonna get victories or max flys? I’m also going into my sophomore year after 2:05 in the 800 and 52 in the 400 idk if I should’ve gotten max flys instead but I got the victories cause they were on sale for less than $100
This was the list annoying fuckin short I've ever seen. You know RU-vid shirts loop because there made for detailed information about your channel. Not repeating the same thing with no pause in-between. It's like hearing a child having a temper tantrum saying I want it I want it I want it I want it. Over and over until we are forced to move along. But it makes it seem like there going to be in detailed why but it's just your freaking excited about a golf shoe or running sneaker whatever. It's really really manipulating. Did you know if you hear something three times or read something three times your internal memory will take this on. So in other words it's almost like brainwashing and if you haven't noticed subliminal messages are actually not managed on here which were banned as mind control. Your almost a step away from doing that. Try scrolling and randomly finding this. See what I'm talking about. By the way the style looks ridiculous. And it's 2023. Take it down please and be more detailed as to why and maybe it won't be a waste of time. F.f.S. I don't even know who you are. Your like a door salesmen for your phone that don't stop bugging until you buy something.
If it was my first year doing track I would not buy them, but if im going into my last 3 seasons of high-school why not, and a lot of highschooler are really fast
I have a galaxy watch. I found an app that was almost perfect but when I start the run, other apps can get triggered and I usually waste a few seconds trying to get to the lap button. Crazy how these smart watches can't do something so simple. I decided to just pick up a cheap casio with lap capabilities.
The title is absolutely wrong. To start off are they durable no however if you are going to commit to track get whatever spikes you want however with both of these spikes get a basic pair that is reliable before these. At the end of the day they are spikes there is no professional kind of spikes unless personally made by a professional meant for professionals. These are not durable however if you are using these for a couple sprints in practice and races these are great. PRICEY THO I do not suggest to be wearing after you have already qualified for Nationals and certain events unless you're trying a couple sprints in them.
Good video of your meets. Reminds me of my old days at Goleta Valley Junior high school were I held the cross country record and was a Gold trucker Presidental award winner and Dos Pueblos high school. I did 50 yard dash, 100 yard dash, 220,440. 2 mile. Long and Triple jump and High jump. Had to respond to your video and comment area since Eva K forwarded to me. Thank you, Alex C
The elite will always see the most benefit, that’s obvious. As a younger athlete if you want to wear the best spikes you can then you should. It’s always going to push you and it honestly just makes you feel better and more motivated and excited!!
👋 hello. I saw a plane ? Fly over the Pinellas area/near gulf of Mexico and it had straight up DARK smoke dark grey/black smoke coming out of it. It then spread into the surrounding clouds which was quite a decent area. It was shocking.. what IS this ??
Longevity definitely is an issue with this newer technology in these spikes, but I feel Nike is capable of making them more durable. It would be great to normalize their zoom bubbles in track spikes, just like how almost every Nike basketball shoe has zoom bubbles in them.
Hey not sure if people are still active here but on my way back from Budapest over the Isle of man I saw this exact thing! A plane dumping a massive line of black smoke from the rear ! Every one on the plane was shook!
