So the workout is
100 X .75x Body Weight
The max reps per set is 20 and you are trying to get the 100 reps done in a little of sets as possible. I finished in 9 sets.
Set 1: 20 reps
Set 2: 17 reps
Set 3: 14 reps
Set 4: 13 reps
Set 5: 11 reps
Set 6: 10 reps
Set 7: 7 reps
Set 8: 5 reps
Set 9: 3 reps
