Did you notice on stage 2 ots that the burbrles is gone while downshifting from 3rd gear or on high rpm in general? Or it’s gone only in the first days and then it’s comes back again normal?
Falls flat on its face at the top end, as the dyno sheet clearly shows - very disappointed to say the least. (btw, not saying this is tune related - I know Drift Office is well respected in the 86 community, but this is just how most turbos are. First you deal with turbo lag and then at the top end it falls on its face. IMO that must feel like a shitty driving experience.
Being that this was in 2013 and the software wasn't as good as it is now, we were quite a bit more conservative about running >8PSI at the time with our 92 octane gas. Much has changed since half a decade ago, and clearly the others who have this kit tuned by us don't agree with you. But hey, based on the included dyno chart, it does look that way. :)
Some of these guys that dyno at 250-260 whp is either doing it wrong or not full disengaging tc fully off cause thats what numbers i was getting until I realize the guy dynoing my car didnt fully turn it off and i got 290 whp and 288 torque on dynojet

Stock internals? Really love the number, aiming for 300whp once I get the edelbrock but also want to keep reliability as it is my daily. Also an auto. And advise would be great!

Do you happen to know any information about the car besides what is listed or maybe how to get in contact with the owner? I bought it through a dealership and have been trying to figure out what is done to it. Also, I look forward to hopefully getting it re-tuned again with you guys!
Most horsepower ratings from the factory are crank HP. 290 suggests that they are sandbagging their numbers and the car really makes closer to 320HP at the crank.
This was running pump 92 on the standard 10 PSI pulley. 15 is too much for the stock block, and you'll need E85 to get to 350WHP. The SC unit won't be able to sustain much more than that.
@@DavydB Drift Office does something called a stage 1.5. Not sure if that's what this is, though. What I do know is that people in the Seattle / Tacoma area running it love it.
@@DynoStation I am actually hoping to swing by Drift Office some time this Spring/Summer to get tuned whenever AVO ships my kit out (currently backordered from where I placed my ordered). Does this car ever make it out to 86 Nights or the gymkhanas that Drift Office runs? Would be fun to check it out.
