They don't officially - someone figured they'd use the (smaller) pulley off one of their other kits to get the added boost - but not recommended unless you've got a built motor...

+Bart Starr The E30 was using Canadian 94, reputed to be a ACN91 fuel. E85 with this could easily be in the 340 - 350 range...

That's great but E85 isn't very accessible here and there's no way to control the boost from the pulley since it's mechanical... and hence not an offering here.
