This may seem like a no brainer question but I followed you until you got to the actual link- how do you create the link? Do you do this through Shortcut, the calendar, or the digital planner? I dont know how you got the external link?😅
Hi! Thanks for sharing bit how exactly you add link with Adobe acrobat ? Because I just a regular person no selling planner or Anything so idk how to do that
I have been an iPad user since the first one came out. Just got interested in digital planning. You did a great job at explaining everything . Correct me if I’m wrong but this planner doesn’t have a daily layout right? Just a daily page that I can copy. Can I put that daily page behind the weeklies without messing up the hyperlinks? I bought a digital planner that I’m not happy with so really taking a look at yours.😊
I don’t get it, how do you actually add it to the planner with the little logo? Like the shortcut’s done but how do I actually put it to use in the planner?
My link keeps opening the shortcuts app but not executing so i took a screenshot of yours when you open it in goodnotes and your link is not the same link you get from iCloud. there is no https. yours says "run-shortcut" so did you edit the link entirely? and how did you get it to so to the correct shortcut?
Some of the shortcuts are not working, pomodoro, neither the quickplan. If I erase the file, will I be able to install the calendar again. Or do I loose the file. Please advise.
I’m sorry you’re having an issue with this. You are able to reinstall if you’d like. I haven’t came across this issue as of yet. Feel free to email at hello@creativelyclaudia.com as well! 😊
Hello, I erased the file and reinstalled, the assistant still says Claudia! And the pomodoro does not work. Says file does not exist. What else can I do, very disappointed.
@@Creativelyclaudia Can you modify the shortcut like when you touch on the time schedule of each day suppose at 5.00am ,it goes to that date and the same time please.
Hi Claudia! I followed the directions and am testing out the links. After I performed the setup on my ipad for the select your app, I chose the default as noteshelf 3. But when I am in noteshelf and click the run link, it tells me that the app failed because it could find an app to open. I also tried removing the default so it would ask and it gave me the same error. But when I remove the "Open App" action all together, the shortcut works but of course it takes me out of Noteshelf and opens the shortcut app and stays there. What am I doing wrong?
Hi there! If you chose your default as noteshelf then it should be opening up in noteshelf. Do you have any other notetaking app you can test this on and see if it’ll open in that app? I ran into this same issue as well and it took some testing until it finally got it right.
@@Creativelyclaudia Thanks. I got it to work. when I'm on my own device, I selected the app instead of leaving it blank. since I'm creating this to out in my own planners to sell, I had only set the import setup settings and I thought it would prompt me to select an app but it didn't because I created it so its already on my shortcuts
@@Creativelyclaudia I forgot to mention/ask this earlier. But when I do the run-through of the shortcut, it doesn't give me a box to add notes to the reminder. It only lets me write the reminder title but doesn't have that second notes box that you have. Is there another setting I'm not aware of?
This video is awesome, thank you so much! I did have question though. Like you I am only planning on having one link on a day. Am I able to use that one link multiple times to add multiple events per day?
I purchased the planner to follow along with the video. I've been so excited about this release! I got to the part that says Speak Event/Reminder. I clicked on it and nothing happened. The speaker didn't pop up. What should I do now?
@@Creativelyclaudia I did! The window that says Choose: Speak.... and Write.... comes up. Yours had a little microphone come up next. My doesn't come up so I can't add anything through speaking. Also, the green shortcut calls me Claudia :) I really love it and just need to work out a couple of things :) Thanks o much! You really worked hard on this. I hope everyone finds out how amazing it is!
@@kristiegoddard3922 you’re so sweet! So I’m not sure why yours isn’t working as I have tested it on several devices and it’s working fine. Do you mind emailing me at hello@creativelyclaudia.com so I can help you with this? As for the ‘Claudia’ part, I updated the shortcut so it shouldn’t say it anymore. Please let me know if it’s no longer saying it on your end!
Everything is amazing !!! But also i cant help how i fell in love with your iPad Home Screen setup. 💜🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙 Love your brand Colors . Maybe a tour of ur Home Screen and ur work space, which looks like it helps you to plan as well. Very colorful and exciting.
Beautiful planner and looks like great functionality. If I understand correctly, creating an event or reminder using the Apple calendar function does not also put it in the digital planner, I’d need to write it in by hand. Now, if I write an appointment in the week view, will it show up in the month view? Or do I need to copy it over by hand again a second time? Just trying to understand how it works! Thanks!
Hi there! Those are great questions. So digital planners should be looked at sort of like paper planners, in that they do not sync like an app would. so you would need to copy it over a second time in order to add it in a different place on your planner. The great thing about having a digital planner is that it is so easy to customize and a lot cheaper doing so than having a paper planner, there are lots more benefits to digital planning versus paper planning and I have a whole video on that if you want to check it out. 😊
@@Creativelyclaudia Yes, that would be helpful, where can I find that video? I have a feeling that the only way I’m really going to understand is to purchase a planner and dive in! And there are so many choices it’s dizzying. Right now I just use proton calendar to schedule appointments, but I find myself making separate to-do lists or opening a note to capture things I need to remember for later, so maybe a planner would help. I never got the hang of using apple reminders app, I would just have tasks sit there forgotten, or have to keep carrying them over another day. Fun fact, I’m old enough that I had a Palm Pilot when that was new tech! :D
Claudia, I want to hug you. I love planners. I love Journaling. I love studying the Bible. This right here is a must for me. Thank you. I will be purchasing very soon. Thank you young lady for using your God given talent of creativity to help those around you.
I love how cohesive your Monthly overview, calendar, and Vision Board are! I know you did a video on how to import stickers into Elements. I just need to find it! Thanks a ton!
As in the stickers I sell? My previous plan with me videos showed how to import them. Let me know if that’s what you’re looking for so I can link a video! 😊
Watched the whole video only for you to say at the end that it’s not for after the planner is created 🙄 I literally just wanted the shortcut for a planner I bought.
@@Creativelyclaudiathank you! I went back and fixed the issue with the link. Your video was super helpful and ended up working for what I needed, also!
