Thank you for being so open, honest and vulnerable sharing your story Capucine, and thank you Sara for facilitating this conversation, it was pure pleasure listening to you both 💞
has anyone ever came to the point of "man, im scared now". May i ask, who's your kriya masters is, or kriya from wich teacher/master are you practicin? i I dont meant to come on rude.
Hey there, no, don't do this in the water. This is a general exercise to practice DRY in order to adapt your lungs to increasing pressure at depth. When done gently and regularly this mimics the inward stretch on the lungs, diaphragm, trachea and all other soft tissues in and around the lungs, to help them adapt to the compression they will experience at depth. I hope that helps. I'm happy to chat if you'd like coaching with any aspect of your freediving, much love x Sara www.discoveryourdepths.com/distance-coaching

Yeah well, blah blah blah. I did my Aida 2 in water that was 7° C with a visibility of 1m. It broke me beyond repair. I never even did any freediving in the clear, warm water of a pool anymore.
Hi dear Jessie, so sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience. If you'd like to chat any time, please feel free to message me. I'd love for you to experience the beauty that the ocean can offer us all. Take care, sending you much love <3 Sara
Is there a course that this video is a part of? Was wondering when you mentioned “refer to the separate files” if there was something available besides the other videos on your channel.

Nice video. Many thanks. Just got my freediving license so I’m being curious and cautious too. It’s a beautiful activity and I’m looking forward to many wonderful dives.
Hi, I'm just going through my comments and wanted to reply, possibly too late. If you're still needing help with your freediving techniques I offer online coaching and would be happy to help : www.discoveryourdepths.com/distance-coaching. With love <3 Sara
In sufi grind are there different areas that are engaged. I mean are there variations of. My head bend forward and whichever side of the clock I starts the rounds my neck goes forward and coming back neck starts turning backwards as soon as I reach the sides so coming back my face is upwards. So is mine thoracic ? Although my whole body moves like you, but my back doesn't slouch like you coming backwards.

I’m still confused on how to actually do it. I take a breath then I try taking little sips with my mouth. It keeps saying something about a “vacuum” and putting your tongue against the back of your mouth, as well as “opening the jaw” but I still don’t understand what they mean. I don’t think I’m doing this right

You two queens look so benevolent and peaceful and yet strong. Twinkle Toes absolutely LOVES her! If only a fraction of our rulers were like you/her the world would be better off!
