Great video! Been asking for this for a long time, ever since returning to BattleTech after leaving during the "Dark Ages". It's a great source for returning players as well to catch up on the 80 years of in-game lore that was a result of Fanpro/Wizkids trying to reset the timeline by jumping forward. I picked it up at GenCon 2024, and am planning to use it with my friends who played with me back in the 90s to craft games for each era.
I’ve been deep sea fishing and been to the coasts a few times. That’s about it. I’ve been deep sea fishing once and got super sick. That’s about my experience with salt water.
I have played all the PC games for BattleTech / MechWarrior. I've always wanted to play the TTRPG but never had the opportunity. I absolutely love the series and have read over 20 of the novels over the year. I am a sucker for a good lore book. Thank you for the review this will probably be a pickup for me in the next couple months.
Amazing game! Some of the best games I've played in *and* ran! I'm looking forward to picking up some cheap character pads and metal devil's luck coins as add-ons! Edit: *Tyler full-time goal!*
TO THE MAX!!! Way to blast through the cannibals (Sorry it just gave back MORE magic points, which you hate) Took the underground dweller out though, and Murder is what counts! 👍🤘
This looks like a fun game and was interesting to watch. But I was hoping to see an example of a one-minded npc. This looks like a great game to pick up and start playing quickly.
I'd definitely need to pick up some alternate d4s (god I hate d4s...) but this looks like a lot of fun! 😃 49:51 - what are you talking about?! That was a great idea!
I have a bunch of the older Battletech books. Talk about amazing lore and amazing series. I want to get into Battletech but I already live inside an expensive hobby.
I definitely grew up watching my Dad play the OG LoZ on NES, but I have since played most of the games. Also, since you don't seem to be at all familiar with modern Zelda, all those races are 1:1 with the expected ones. Hylians, Rito, Gorons, Zora, you can pretty much just use the proper names for everything and run an actual Zelda campaign with no changes other than the names.
It is cute isn´t it? :) I picked up a special dungeon for it at RPG day at my LFGS.... Lucas had made a scenario that is in that LFGS (Alphaspel)... great fun ;D
