When I insert the webpart and I add the name of the first person, everything is fine and they show up with their profile picture and name. However, I do not see an option like you do where it says "people reporting to you". Even when I go to settings and change the number of levels, nothing shows up so all I can do is add one name and then nothing else. Why does my webpart not have the same message as yours (ie. "people reporting to")

Hi. Great video. You hard coded the recipient into the 'To' field for the email. How would this be configured to be sent dynamically to the document creator or perhaps based on another column such as document owner. Thanks

Thanks for the video. After I have the information for camera entered into the list, how can I have my coworkers check the camera in and out? I have several loaner items like cameras, and I want people to be able to check them out, let me know how long they are going to have them, where they are taking them, and then check them back in. Is that possible in lists or does that take a power app? If I can go one step further, a camera comes in a bag, spare battery, and a charging cable. How do I get someone to check out all of the camera kit and all of the pieces and then check back in the pieces of this kit?

Hello. Great video. I got a question. Is there a way to send email notifications only when there is actually an ''Expired'' document? Now it sends emails everyday as scheduled, with blanks list of documents, even when there is no expired document. Thanks.

How can i add a timer for an uploaded file reminder the uploader to return or download the file within a certain amount of time? My technicians occasionally download system program files, make changes and then forget to return the files to our server. The next technicians goes to the site but doesn't have the latest revision. Thanks for the video. When I run the flow it returns all the documents in my library, not just the expired ones. My date format is dd-mm-yyyy as I am in NZ. I tried to change the filter array to addDays(utcNow(), 0, 'dd-MM-yyyy') but it didn't make any difference. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you.
Hello, great video. I have a question about the Microsoft lists MSA preview. I have a column that I interested a date & time column. In the all-grid view, the time appears with PST however, In the form view & calendar view show my time zone time which is EST. Can you let me know how I can fix that? Thanks

Click on "Edit in advanced mode" option and paste this in: @less(if(empty(item()?['Expirationdate']), 'No expiration date', item()?['Expirationdate']), adddays(utcnow('yyyy-MM-dd'), 1))

Hi I have done this and it seems to work ok, what i did was added a dynamic content Owner/Email in the to field and this seemed to work, i have an issue were it is showing all my documents in the body of the email and not just the expired documents
So followed your directions, it sends the email successfully, but it is not filtering out by what I set my Get Items filter to. I have it set to Filter based on an individual column. It seems like it is showing me all of the submissions that the user has done. Need some help.
I think in this example the report will only grow. There doesnt appear to be a filter for the deployment status, so it would only show items which are in-use. When the deployment status gets changed to "retired" (or somthing like that), then it should stop appearing in the alert. Sounds like you'd need some extra column, and filter like that, to show it's been dealt with.

I need a bit of help on something, how can I get each item in the list to go to another screen, I can write the code but when I do every item goes to that screen, is there a way to separate items on a list that each can be assigned a different screen.

what if the "expirationDate" column is calculated field. I dont' think that would be accepted in "query" field of "get file items". How would you take care of that
