Yes, there should be a "dateAdd" function for adding dates together. Should just be a case of wrapping that around the function which returns the current date. Somthing like this: dateAdd(formatDateTime(utcNow(), "yyyy-MM-DD"), 6, "MM") You may want to check the syntax, to confirm the order and whether "MM" is the correct thing to add months together.
Hey FC Tech, I'm following these steps and at 4:45 when I type Status in the options you get don't appear all I get is 'Content Approval Status' any ideas why this might be?
So followed your directions, it sends the email successfully, but it is not filtering out by what I set my Get Items filter to. I have it set to Filter based on an individual column. It seems like it is showing me all of the submissions that the user has done. Need some help.
I think in this example the report will only grow. There doesnt appear to be a filter for the deployment status, so it would only show items which are in-use. When the deployment status gets changed to "retired" (or somthing like that), then it should stop appearing in the alert. Sounds like you'd need some extra column, and filter like that, to show it's been dealt with.
You'll want to follow the same odata filter query I showed in the video, but instead of lt for less than, you'll want to use le for less than or equal to. Also instead of using - formatDateTime(utcNow(), 'yyyy-MM-dd') - try addDays(utcNow(),30,'yyyy-MM-dd') where 30 equals the number of days in the future past today's date.
