TINY HOUSE TRULY BUILT FOR A KING! (NEVER SEEN BEFORE) 

I love the shower and the knob to turn it on where it’s placed. I’ve often wondered why no one did that before. Most people don’t want to get into a cold shower. Great job!!!

Gorgeous home! The shower needs a bench though, even a slim one.

This is so much nicer than any tiny house I've seen. I'd just wish they'd use drywall rather than plastic paneling. Yeah I'm sure it transports better, but it gives it a camper look with the paneling.

I love almost everything about it, except where the placement of the fridge is, or really how tight of a squeeze it feels going down the hallway to the bedroom, and the small amount of space around the bed. Other than that, wow! The living room and bathroom especially!!!!!

Very nicely done, only thing for me is I personally would choose to swap out the bed w Queensize to allot more space to move comfortably, and Queen is big enough when you consider the space... people slept in twins and fulls way back when, and they have brought that back( thank goodness👍✌️😇).. very very good layout of the space, but one more thing.. as for washer dryer, I really think a full size area capacity would have been the clincher, its just the way to go.. sheets conforters things like that, I would take a single door fridge over the standup washer apt size washer dryer, but overall, very excellent incorporation of items and accomodations in the space, lovely place👍👍👍✌️✌️😇

This is the perfect sized placed one person. Thank you for thinking smart and keeping it all on one level to boot. Maybe one day, until then, this has been added to my bucket list for simple retirement. Well done!

This is such a great layout and design. These guys in Spokane always have the best models I have seen. I have done a lot of research and Joey always talks about all the detail most people don't think about. Love it! Great Job Park Model Homes.!

Love the cabinets and color scheme with brown accents. Love the island as it doesn’t crowd the kitchen. Other than taking out one or two windows in the living room, it’s absolutely perfect!

I love this! The only thing I would change are the colors of things to more match my own aesthetic.

I love that it has a regular door and it doesn't cut into the living room.

What does it cost? What were the measurments? It's a gorgeous home. Love the large bathroom and all of the cabinet/closet space. Not sure how some people live tiny in those homes that have zero storage areas that is just not realistic.

I love this and as most of the comments already said this is probably the best tiny home build, I have seen yet but it would be nice to know the price range for something like this 🤔

Love the modern touches and lots of light. Moveable island is pretty cool. Quite a big kitchen with lots of storage. Pretty bathroom, pretty lounge with tv and heater thingy. Love the tall ceilings with windows to bring in more light.

I think it would be much better with a Queen size bed especially for one person. Then I would want a dish washer installed to the right of the sink (s). Other wise everything looks fantastic. I wonder what the price tag is for the house with my additions?

love the lay out, but, I would suggest adding 2-4 in width to make the layout mobility chair accessible. Many older people would love this but need that chair access.

I love this tiny home!

Absolutely gorgeous! How much does it cost? I would somehow want a screened-porch once it was settled in. A Queen size bed is good enough. The bedroom felt claustrophic and no TV jack that I could see or light fixtures above or on each side of the bed. Can a smaller refrigerator be used? The large one still takes up way too much space.

Very nice, only thing missing is some little nooks inside the shower to put shampoo and soap. So many builders leave those out and they're very important

I love the fact you can fit a king size bed in their. I like that you have drawers under the closet.
