You can make another ossaio account, then you can "Share" a camera between as many accounts as you like. Each user installs the app, and YOU share the YOUR account with them. Make sense?
@@johnh10000does the second user use the first users email? Or they create an account with a separate email and then you share the camera with that email?
Merhaba, ürünü yeni aldım ancak kurulum ne içindeki sim kart ile ne de yeni aldığım kart ile tamamlanamıyor. Başlatma tuşuna başında önce kırmızı ışık yanıp sönüyor, sonra kırmızı mavi birlikte (mor) yanıyor ve son olarak kırmızı olarak kalıyor. Yani maviye dönmüyor. Sorun nedir ciddi bir bütçe ayırarak aldığım kamerayı eşleştiremiyorum. Lütfen yardımcı olabilir misiniz?
I've tried to implement the P10 camera into my surveillance software (synology), but it's not possible. It looks it doesn't provide a RTSP nor a ONVIF stream. There's just no way for the surveillance software to detect this camera within my home's Wi-Fi. Is there any solution to this?

Good and bad. Bought a K1Pro, great outdoor camera, but a few problems. Had inital problem connecting, must be VERY close to router (just for setup), then it is fine. Other issues are: motion detection thumbnails are just a stock image which is seriously primative in this day and age, should show a snapshot of the detection, so you can go to the relevant video. 2nd issue is the detection area is only controlled by one big rectangle rather than smaller individual squares which alot of other manufactors provide. Sort these, and you'll have a decent camera setup

My android phone (galaxy s24) does not actually show any detected motion from this device. My iPhone app does. I've cleared the app's cache, uninstalled & reinstalled... still the same. Just get a pop up saying 'Motion was detected at [time here]'...but doesn't show the footage!

Is there a difference between the P1 and P1 Pro? I have 3 K1 Pros, although one keeps disconnecting and the 3rd one won't connect at all, I can't help but love these cameras. I had problems with my first and eventually it connected and I haven't had an issue with that one since. That is my hope for the other 2 cameras I currently have and the few other ones I've been trying to choose between. I can't really see a difference in the P1 and P1 Pro. I came to watch the videos on them, but they are together in the videos. I could just get the P2, but I have to spend money wisely (as wisely as I can justify it to myself...). I still need a couple more cameras outside to be fully covered, but I need a few in my house now as well. Can you please tell me the difference between cameras P1 and P1 Pro?
Something just clicked for me I think. I have the K1 Pros because I like auto tracking and the K1 doesn't auto track. Is that how the P1 (no auto track) and P1 Pro (has auto track) are too?
Hello friend, thank you for your good questions. Actually, P1 is 1080P vision while P1 pro is 2K more clearly. And if your camera can't connect, please confirm if your wifi is 2.4ghz wifi frequency and please confirm your wifi sighnal is strong enough for the camera working. Then if it still fail. please contact us via the app.

There is no recording whatsoever. Like I know there is and was movement and it does not record anything. I have subscribed to the cloud and nothign saved, if i try to playback to a certain time of the day/night , does not show anything at all but a black screen... definitely ill unsubscribe and i wont be recommending it to anyone. I want to send it back
