Hello Roy, please confirm if your wifi is 2.4ghz wifi frequency since the camera can just suppoer 24.ghz wifi rather than 5ghz. And then you can reset the camera and reconnect it.If you still fail, please contact us again. Have a nice day!😄
They can be tricky but I've got 2 of these plus family have them aswell so I've set 8 up with out fail, if u hold your screen to close wen u scan the code it will not connect u have to be 20cm wen doin this slowly move your phone forwards and backwards 😉
Hi, I have this camera and it has a problem with motion detection. Even with sensitivity set to high it doesn't always record when something moves. Also, when it does record, it only records for a short period - even if people are still in the garden.

Hi, I bought this one and it's surprisingly good for my needs imo. ATM I am using the cloud storage. It's says after recording that the video went to "videos" on my phone. But then in the map I want to play it, and then it says "can't play video" and the thumbnail is grey. It's just MP4 so why can't it play my recorded videos?

Hello friend, thank you for your question. Please notice that our camera can support phone to view the live video in the app but doesn't support be viewed on computer. Therefore, it doesn't have an RTSP address. Thank you
