Y it not workin for the cloud I pay 4 it is not recording

One of shitty camera i bought. First of all it should not be that hard to connect to the wifi. And it’s not working

There is no recording whatsoever. Like I know there is and was movement and it does not record anything. I have subscribed to the cloud and nothign saved, if i try to playback to a certain time of the day/night , does not show anything at all but a black screen... definitely ill unsubscribe and i wont be recommending it to anyone. I want to send it back
