I’m not a basketball guy. I used to watch back with Bird, Barkley, Jordan 80s and 90s basketball was more entertaining for me. It’s an opinion… I liked the rougher game. It felt more honest. Barkley is the greatest commentator in sports. I love how much he enjoys hockey now too. The guy is just makes me smile in anticipation of what he’s going to say next.
Nice rendition, but why did you change the lyrics? You removed the poetry, for example, from the "Come lose your darkness in his light" line. Darkness <> Light makes more sense than Darkness <> Life.
Seeing/hearing Neil Young live is a life altering experience! Neil his guitars, piano, huge acoustic organ just mesmerizing!! I feel so lucky to have seen him at the Hollywood Bowl three time…nights I will never forget!! Thanks for the years and years of incredible music Neil❤
my wife was beaten to death with a wrecking ball in 2008. this was her favorite song. i miss her dearly more and more everyday. everytime i hear this song it’s like she’s still here with me, everytime she got her hands on the speakers this was playing. i am the wind of time and the tether to life, i roar with each coming day i reach my grave hoping i will see her again
I'm convinced Norm's still out there. Go to some smallish town in Canada and find the best boozer around 5 p.m. It'll be called "something House" or "something Inn". You'll know it when you find it, all the colourful guys are there.
