As an American observing this thing . The rich white people that own and control Mexico do not want a lot of focus on a holiday about David defeating Goliath! They don't want their peasant people they call cockroaches to figure out that they could be equal with equal civil rights. Some people believe there is more money per person in Mexico than there is in the United States. The difference is the elite rich white overlords keeping the people oppressed intentionally. The United States has its problems by No Doubt. But under colonialism, George Washington was a cockroach peasant that could not own his own business. We threw off all the colonial crap period until Mexicans realize they are ruled by rich white Europeans including the descendants of Cortez's families., they are doomed to be peasants. One last sentence. Mexico is ruled by Rich white supremacist and has been for over 500 years! Only the Mexican people can fix this

General Zaragoza was actually a Tejano. His family moved to the south side of the rio grande after the Americans took over Texas for good when he was still a child.

Well that's one version of the French victory at Yorktown. No mention whatsoever of the Comte de Rochambeau and his professional, disciplined, experienced troops and the French artillery or the French Fleet. No historian worth his salt would show the battle in this one-sided manner.

"cultural appropriation"? Culero! Culero! Culero! Go pound salt. It's not even a holiday in Mexico. It's just an excuse for Mexican ethnics to have their own day to feel extra special on one day like the Irish do on St. Patrick's day, and everybody gets to be Irish on that day too.

The senseless celebration of one country to adorn humiliating costumes and choose this day to get insanely stupid drenched in alcohol and feast and not have a clue of how a young country that had everything plundered and taken by the Spanish, had a chance to set things straight with this so needed victory against the french ...but then again look at the ones who are so careless, the one who are use to taking land and country that aren't there's act in such a way, and have such selfish coulter's....and then set up there church's and strain the ten commandments

Yorktown was made possible by Spain! Spain paid and funded the Yorktown campaign paying both the French and Continental soldiers who hadn't been paid for several months and years causing several mutinees and also paid and refurbished Degrasse's French fleet allowing Degrasse to travel to both the Chesapeake and later Yorktown which Spain also had a huge role in the military planning, which is why the Spanish Ambassador was invited to the Yorktown victory celebration in October of 2023! Spain protected French possessions in the Caribbean allowing Degrasse to travel to his destination! Spanish General Bernardo de Gálvez was kind and generous enough to release his own French troops under Spanish command and ALLOWED Degrasse to take them to go reinforce Rochambeau at Yorktown! Without Spain there would be no Yorktown! Thank you Spain! 🇪🇸

@@SemperMagnus False! At least two to nine thousand Spanish troops fought, bled and died on our behalf in the American Revolution regardless of their motives! People forget the American Revolution was a world global war and not just within the 13 Colonies! Over 100 thousand Spanish soldiers and sailors fought against the British helping us win American independence! At least 17,000 Spanish soldiers fought in the Southern theater of the United States in Florida and the Caribbean protecting French possessions allowing Degrasse to travel to both the Chesapeake and later Yorktown which Spain also had a huge role in the military planning! Yes, Spain lost Trafalgar 30 years later which is completely a different era that has absolutely nothing to do with the topic of the American Revolution and really it was a French loss due to French ineptitude lol! The French have always been a disaster and the Spanish knew it!

Should be noted that the land south of the straight was Kokura-han, ruled by the Ogasawara. It did not belong to Choshu, but the Mon depicted in the video is of the Mori. Kokura did not take part in the sonno joi actions of 1863/64.

So I wanted to learn how this battle played out visually. I am about to play the Battle of Puebla from GMTs “Battles with Gringos” game. Thank you for this video. Excellent animation, effects and music. As an American I respect the bravery of the Mexican people and this amazing history. Now I’ll always think of this battle every Cinco de Mayo 🔥 also no it’s not disrespectful, imitation is the greatest form of flattery. It’s all love not mockery

I think Reno hung in there because he had the packs with the ammo and other needed things. So, Reno and Weir ended up saving themselves. They had to know Custer was screwed but they were in the fight for their lives themselves and any attempt to help Custer would have resulted in everyone getting annihilated. Very hard decisions to be made quickly...........

If you died TODAY, where would you be spending eternity? Have all your sins been forgiven or are you still hoping that you're a good enough person to earn a spot in heaven. The reality is that no one can earn a spot, our sin disqualifies us. But the God news is that Jesus paid for our qualification by dying on our behalf taking the punishment that we deserved. JESUS said, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son; that WHOEVER believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." - John 3:16 Nothing is more important than your eternal destination. Please, don't say, "When I get older I'll get right with God' or 'I'll get serious with Jesus one day when I'm ready.' Don't wait any longer, today is the day of salvation. Get right with God today, for tomorrow very well might be too late. We invite you to REPENT and accept that Jesus Christ is Lord of your life by praying this simple prayer out loud right now... 'Heavenly Father, I turn away from my old life and repent for my sins. I believe that Jesus came for me, that Jesus died for me and that Jesus rose again for me so that I can be forgiven and receive eternal life. I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from this day. Through Him and in His Name, receive the gift of eternal life. I ask you to fill me with the Holy Spirit and lead me for the rest of my life. In Jesus name - Amen. 🎉🎉🎉

I wish more Ethiopians knew about the agreement Menelik II had with the Italians in 1889, because it would correct the misconception some Ethiopians have about their so-called right to claim the Eritrean ports as their own. The 1889 Treaty of Uccialli established the boundary between the Empire of Ethiopia and the areas of Eritrea then in Italian possession. To be clear, Ethiopian king Menelik II agreed to the terms which gave Italy sovereignty over Eritrea in return for financial assistance and the unchallenged continuance of his kingship. Even after defeating the Italians in the 1896 Battle of Adwa, Menelik II was too scared to remove the Italians from Eritrea lest it incurred the wrath of the Italians to the extent they would entirely dethrone him as Ethiopia's king. Hence, Ethiopia's status of never having been colonized was achieved at the expense of Eritrea, but now some Ethiopians demand access to the Red Sea ports so they can enjoy economic prosperity once again at the expense of Eritrea. Based on this historical fact, any claims by Ethiopia to Eritrean land or ports is baseless, unjustifiable and indefensible. There should always be mutually beneficial cooperation between nations, but demanding territorial ownership of another country's ports due to your population growth and a bogus claim of historical right is unacceptable and thuggish conduct.

You should try to conduct some honest research before posting a presentation. You are incorrect factually concerning a wide range of issues. What you have accomplished is simple regurgitation of the leftist Hollywood movie directors from the 1970s. Garbage in, garbage out. Conduct some research and then post your presentations. The actual history associated with this event is fascinating.

Great video. Although the great fire of Genji was actually started by both parties. Partially on accident by Hitosubashi Yoshinobu (Later Yoshinobu Tokugawa, the last Tokugawa shogun.). He ordered his own samurai and samurai of the Echizen clan to fire their cannons on the Takatsukasa residence on the south east side of the inner palace, which made the fire grow so greatly. Choshu rebels who had fought their way through the Saikamachi gate nearby were hiding in this residence. One of them was the famous Kusaka Genzui. he was wounded badly by gunshots and was desperatly trying to plea Choshu's case to Takatsukasa Sukehiro, the court noble he had aquanted with. Of course Sukehiro ignored him and ran off during the fires and canon shots. It was then Kusaka committed seppuku and the fires started to spread the city. If you actually read into the history of the battle and the people involved, its pretty tragic and gruesome.

This is one of the worst account of the LBH I have ever heard its full of in accuracies , I have been studying the battle for over 30 years , First off your citing their civil war ranks it was Major Reno and Lt Col Custer , Next Reno had no clue what Custer was doing and vice versa no attempt was made by either officer to support each other , Benteen arrived pretty much as Reno got to Reno hill not 9pm in fact Benteen and Capt Weir tried to get to Custer but seeing swarms of Hostiles approaching them retreated back to Reno hill. I fully support young people making videos like this but at least get you facts right before you do and don't push a narrative the Lakota at LBH massacred 300 Pawnee women and children at Massacre Canyon in 1873 they were just as guilty as Custer.
